No action taken on my complaint No.[protected] dated 27/08/2009. Iam pursuing my ATM, s wrong entry debiting the amount of RS.10000/- on 20/03/2009.I had given written complaint to SBI Branch Akola on 13/04/2009 and sent faxes to Cargo Brach DElhi on 26/06/09 reminder on 28/07/2009 and given fax to Complaint rederessal branch Parliament street on[protected] with no result till date .

Kindly Take urgent necessary actions.

Sir, I was drawing Rs 10000/- from Bishtupur (Jamshedpur) Main Branch through ATM on[protected]. After sometimes ATM screen shown Timed out and money was not withdrawn from the ATM. When I took The statement Rs 10000 was deducted from my account No.[protected] where as actually amount was not withdrawn from the ATM.
