[Resolved]  State Bank of India — CASE MANAGER OF ANTOPHILL BRANCH [Mumbai-400037] NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Just a small complaint regarding the CASE MANAGER of Antop-hill branch(Mumbai-400037). He doesn't sits on his alloted counter and roams here and there almost more than half of his office timings. The people in the queue in front of his counter just gets stuck-up in the bank for a long time just because of the CASE MANAGER.
Either he is not educated or may be he is over-educated for the seat where he is sitting. Whenever any guy ask him to sit on his table he just gives reply like a nursery school kid.
A National level bank should have employees who is extra-ordinary in his given work. But this guy, every now and then asks for others help.

sir i have submitted a cheque dated 26.04.09, at new shanti nagar branch, Raipur, chhattisgadh.
Cheque was payable at Canara Bank, fort branch, mumbai.Cheque was duly submitted for collection by Raipur branch on 28.04.09.
but sir, Cheque has not yet cleared by mumbai clearing branch, kindly help me on this matter, I will highly thankfull to you.
