State Bank of India — charging twice for same purchase | |
Dear Sir, I had lodged a complaint regarding the duplicate charging on my card 07/05/12 as per the attachment. From that time till now numerous e mails have been sent to D. Dhody, esteemed vice president customer care and the customer care itself. But there is no response. I was promised to get the matter resolved by 11/06/12 but after repeated reminder nothing is happening.The case id is 'CaseID =[protected] 02' . Please help.
