I, Pradeep Ranjan Das am having SBI IRCTC Credit Card No: [protected]. I was send CPP Card Protection kit Vide Membership No: IA0351105 Dt. 24/08/2011 without my knowledge & was debited Rs.1148/- for the same. I have requested in customer care for cancellation of my CPP Protection cover & was denied. You are requested to kindly cancel my debit amount for Rs.1148/- & oblige.
