Respected Sir/Madam, i an attemt to book an air ticket through GO AIR AIRLINES on 1st sept 2010 at 1800 hours ....i used my SBI debit card(domestic type) but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message,due to which i got the amount of the flite deducted,but failed to book the ticket...so please refund me the desired amount....i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "POS PRCH"POS[protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI with the amount INR 5074 deducted from my SBI account...([protected]) so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount Thanking you, Regards Kirti Bhoge Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Sir/MadamMy account is being debited daily of Rs. 400 to 500 with detail of POS PRCH where as i am not using my debit card for any purchase or payment. I have already made a online complaint to SBI but so far not resloved the issue. Kindly suggest me for suiatble help or action in this regard.

[protected] at sbi Satpura bhavan branch Bhopal. The payment has never reached the desired destination. I have made complaints earlier to track down the payment and restore the payment but no results have come. I will be obliged, if the payment is tracked and restored. Thanks,
