[Resolved]  State Bank of India — POS PRCH amount deducted

sir i am a sbt customer. from my account about 20 rs is debited regulerly to INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. what is the reason. pls reply

ON 22-Sep[protected]Sep-2015) AMOUNT OF 25.00 INR HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM A/C NO. [protected] STATING "POS PRCH
POS[protected] APNA SUPER BAZAR BARGAWAN", JUST RIGHT AFTER MAKING A ONLINE TRANSACTION OF 202.95 INR. I'VE ALREADY PAID WHAT I HAD TO, BUT I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE 25.00 INR IS DEDUCTED. PLEASE GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION.

i got call from SBI Debit Card Department. regarding my card is block. Because lot days not using card. SBI Guy told if if i want continue this card then reset inquiry. The guy genrate OPT (One Time Password) 6 time. After OPT massage i got message from PO . I told that guy about this message. They simply told me this process. don't worry. Amt will reflect after some hrs. But still amt deposited my Account.

The SBI Banker guy name is Arun Sharma. contact no. is [protected].

In whole day i checked my account balance is 0.

I REALY FRUSTED.

Sir, Please refund my POS Purchase amt purchase thourgh POS 768338 WWW MOBIKWK.COM NEW DELHI on 18/12/2015 by a fraud agent. I have already filed complaint in Police station.

I have saving Ac in SBI, branch varkala, trivandrum district in kerala state, name Shymarani A & Razif M Ac/no-[protected], I have to pay electricity bill (Kerala State Electricity Board) through SBI ATM cum Debit Card (Maestro) and decided to pay an amount of Rs 2137 in two times first attempt dated 05/02/2016 and the second attempt date 06/02/2016; both transactions are failed. While the process is loging it showed me an error message, but found amount deducted in my account.
transaction details are:
1. 05/02/2016 7.33pm, POS [protected] at Kerala State Electrici txn# 628336 Rs.2137/-
2. 06/02/2016 7.23pm, POS [protected] at Kerala State Electrici txn# 687488 Rs.2137/-

so please kindly look into my problem and refund the desired amount Rs.4274/- (2137 x 2) early as possible.

Dear Sir,
I have a saving account in SBI, Marakada road, Trivandrum bearing A/c No. [protected]. Sir, Rs. 7, 600/- is deducted from my account without my knowledge on 19.02.2016 indicating in the transaction column as POS PRCH, POS 408011 JCR TRADING PVT LTD, TRIVANDRUM. I did'nt make any of such transaction to that company.

So kindly look into my problem and refund the desired amount,

While the process is loging it showed me an error message, but found amount deducted .transaction id are POS[protected], POS[protected], POS FT[protected], POS FT[protected]

I have an account with SBI AC/no- [protected], i just checked my mini statement and happened to see that Rs 1359 has been deducted the statement shows under POS PRCH dated 02/06/2016. i don't use my debit card for online shopping . Please rectify this and do the needful. I live on a fixed income and this is not a joke 1359 is a huge amount .

Kindly look into my matter and please refund me the money back.

I have a saving account in SBI. I try to add money in m-pesa from my sbi ATM debit card Rs.5000 /- .The Amount 5000 deducted from my account. But not load in my m-pesa account. That i get message 20/11/2016: 5000.00, DR POS prch. Please help me and refund my money." To Pay Rs. 5000.00 to MPESA, from your Card XX...1125, use OTP. My account is being debited daily of Rs. 230 with detail of POS PRCH where as i am not using my debit card for any purchase or payment. I have already made a online complaint to SBI but so far not resloved the issue. Kindly suggest me for suiatble help or action in this regard.
