i have received a call from shri pradip chaudhary collection assistant and behaviour of that person is very roud, he should know that he is talking with a sbi official, that matter regarding card payment, which i paid long long ago the, please see the attachment everymonth i am receiving this type of call from sbi card from different person after getting the attachment the person told that matter is resolved but the position is same, as like before i am sending another to you

MY CARD DETAILS IS BELOW, THE DUES WHICH SETTLED IN THE YEAR 2006 BUT STILL I RECEIVED CALL AND EVERYTIME CALLER FROM YOUR SITE IS THREATNING ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY DUES, I AM ENCLOSING THE ONE TIME SETTLEMENT RECEIPT FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE. AND I REQUEST YOU THIS TYPE THREATNING SHOULD BE STOPPED OTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO GO THE OMBUDSMENT

WHOSH MAIL ID IS manish.[protected]@ge.com , HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE PENDING OF RS. 6600 FOR SBI CARD I BECAME SURPRISE AND AS PER HIS GUIDENCE I SEND MY SETTLEMENT LETTER THROUGH MAIL AND ON TELEPHONICALLY HE SAID MY A/C BECAME SETTLED, SO I REQUEST U PLEASE MAIL ME THE SETTLEMENT LETTER TO STOP THIS TYPE OF HARRASMENT
