[Resolved] State Bank of India — Non reversal of failed POS transaction of Rs.5139.00 | |||
This is Namrata Jain having SB A/C No. [protected] with State Bank of India Branch Indira Nagar Kanpur. I had made two POS PRCH transactions each of Rs 5139.00 on 31.01.2010. Both the transcatios failed. Refund of one transaction bearing RE. No.[protected] get creditted to my above said SB A/C on 10.02.2010. However the refund of other entry Re. No.[protected] is still awaited. In this connection I had booked a complaint to SBI Helpline Lucknow (Complaint Ticket No. CC[protected]. They suggested that I must lodge the application for fefund at Home Branch. Accordingly I did the same. Furthur Branch Manager SBI Indira Nagar, Kanpur BRCD - 06824 forwarded my case on 16.03.2010 and on 13.04.2010. further I had also booked my complaint through email and fax on 17.06.2010 to Chairmen SBI, Customer service dept., Mumbai But still I am waiting for reversal of entry i.e. Rs. 5139.00 NAMRATA JAIN Was this information helpful? | |||
