[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Lost Rs. 10,000 in unsuccessful ATM Transaction of Rs. 800

Dear Sir,

I tried to debit Rs. 800 from PNB ATM, Chattrpur, New Delhi through my SBI ATM card on 20th Sept. 2011, but the machine hanged and was showing some error, i waited for some time then my transaction didn't place so i canceled it. Then i checked my balance after 2-3 days and it was showing a debit of 10,000.i Marked a complaint to SBI, Madhav Nagar Branch, Ujjain and to their LHO office. So, i got my money on 7th day but then again they debited it from my account. They are saying that the money is debited from ATM and sent a log to me. I didn't tried to debit 10,000 i just tried Rs. 800 so how can they show a debit entry of Rs. 10,000. i saw, There was some problem in ATM machine because some more customers were struggling to the machine. This machine error should be rectified as soon as possible. Kindly help....
