DEAR SIR ONE MONTH BEFORE, I HAVE LOST MY SBI ATM CARD 7 GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO MY SBI BRANCH OFFICE MALANJKHAND, DIST BALAGHAT (MP) ON 5/3/2010. I HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED TO MY BRANCH MANAGER FOR ANOTHER ATM CARD, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY RESPONCE TILL DATE. AT PRESENT I HAVE NOT ANY SBI ATM CARD, SO PLEASE MENTION YOUR RECORD AS NIL. FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10, SBI DEDUCTED RS 50+50 = 100/- FROM MY SAVING A/C[protected] FOR TWO ATM CARDS.
