State Bank of India — mode of reimbursement

i have tried to withdraw an amount of 1600 from my sbi account through andhrabank atm in 4 transactions as 500 , 300 ,300 ,500(4 times).but i didnt get the money at andhrabank atm and got in the slip as"transaction declined respone invalid code 072".but when i have checked in the ministatement the amount ( 1600 ) is shown as withdrawned.however i have lodged a complaint to sbi using no:[protected].and they have given me the complaint ids:AT[protected]

TO check the complaint status i have been calling since 2 days and no response is given from SBI.
