State Bank of India — money got deducted from account not dispensed from atm | |
Sir on 10.04.2012 I tried to get Rs. 2000 from ATM of state bank of patiala located at sadhar (punjab). the atm was not working properly,that day at 19.02 to 19.07 I made three attempts to get money all the three times i got a receipt o[censored]nable to process and third time atm shutter get opened and no money dispensed slip was o[censored]nable to process your request but the money got deducted. same day i placed a complaint at state bank of patiala website. next day i contacted state bank of patiala sadhar branch whose atm i have used. the concerned told me that i have to take up the matter with state bank of india where my salary account is. same day i have given one complaint to sbi nasik which is my parent branch and sbi website. after some days i got an sms and email that the complaint is closed in the system as it is attempted by branch. on contacting the customer care of sbi i came to know that they have credited the money on 13.04.2012. actually no transaction was there on 13.04.2012. i have taken the statement of whole month and the month of may june. but yet no money is credited. i contacted my branch some two or three times no one is responding. complaint number was AT[protected] kindly intervene so that i can get my money back Was this information helpful? | |

State Bank of India — MONEY WAS NOT DISPENSED FROM ATM
DEAR SIR/MAM,SIR/MAM, ON 1ST APRIL 2009 I HAVE WITHDRAWN RS 10000 FROM EAST PUNJABI BAGH BRANCH, BUT CASH NOT DISPENSED AND ACCOUNT DEBITED, I HAVE LAUNCHED THE COMPLAIN IN MY HOME BRANCH (SHAKUR PUR) ON THE VERY SAME DAY AND THEN SUBMITTED THE COMPLAIN TO EAST PUNJABI BAGH BRANCH, BUT EVEN AFTER MORE THAN 2.5 MONTH MY MONEY HAS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT .I HAVE MET CONCERN MANAGER MR B L SHARMA MANY TIMES BUT HE SAID THAT HE IS FOLLOWING THIS MATTER AND YOUR MONEY WILL COME BUT THERE IS ONLY ASSURANCE AND NO ACTION .
