[Resolved]  State Bank of India Mpkv Branch Dist Ahmednagar Maharashtra — atm chargeback not given since 10.08.2009

myself s/b acc. holder (acc no [protected]) of mpkv rahuri dist ahmednagar 413722 withdrawn rs 1600 from icici atm at lda colony lucknow (up) but error persists as tranasaction failed & cash did not obtained. on complaint 30.08.2009 & 30.11.2009 ,to bm sbi mpkv rahuri it is not solved instead , irrevalant justification are given so, kindly take the necessary action to above said branch & refund the same amount with penalty of 100 rs/ day.
