A CONSUMER GONE IN SBI AND TOLD THEM THAT HIS ATM CARD IS DAMAGED AND NOT RESPONDING. SO SBI EMPLOYEES TOLD HIM THAT YOU HAVE TO FIRST BLOCK THIS ATM CARD BY CALLING TO SBI HELP CENTER BUT WHEN THE CUSTOMER WAS TRYING TO CALL HELP CENTER BUT ANSWERING MACHINE WAS SAYING THAT "ROUTE IS BUSY" FROM MORNING TO EVENING. SBI HELP CENTER IS FAILED TO PROVIDE BETTER SERVICES TO THEIR CUSTOMER.AND THEIR EMPLOYEES NOT HELPING TO THEIR CUSTOMER. HERE THE BANK DOES PARTIALITY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER BECAUSE MANY CUSTOMER ARE NOT RICH AND BANK PROVIDE FAST SERVICE AND HELP TO THEIR RICH CUSTOMER. SBI BANK EMPLOYEES NEVER THINK ABOUT THAT THE CUSTOMER IS OLD AGE AND NOT EASY TO DO EVERY THING. SO SIR I WANT TO HELP FOR MILLIONS OF OLD AGE CUSTOMER OF STATE BANK OF INDIA IS THAT BANK MUST BE AWARE ABOUT THEIR WORK AND TO MAKE A DIFFRNET HELP SYSTEM FOR OLD AGE CUSTOMER.PLEASE TAKE SOME STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR .
