I am consumer of State Bank of India brach Nepanagar code 01306 as Amar singh thakur A/C no [protected] for saving accont.

cooperation of this Asstt branch manager Mr. Bijlani is very poor for this our account is hang to operate.

Respected Sir,

I am Amarsingh Thakur. My A/c No is [protected].

My problem is many to your Nepanagar Branch (1306).

1.) When I lost my ATM then I Complained to SBI customer care for ATM blocked. Complain no. is [protected] but after sometime I get my ATM and after that I Called to customer care for ATM Card activation. Customer care Officer said to me please send a letter to nepanagar brach for ATM activation so I called to asst. branch manager of nepanagar but he didn’t positive reply to me. But I sent my application by speed post.

2.) Major Problem: - Then please suggest me what is core banking I am confused because I saw a add in TV.

Today I went to SBI branch Kharkhoda, Sonepat (Haryana) for withdrawal of self Cheque But cashier said to me you signature is unapproved by your home branch. I have opened my Account 28 August 2009. This is the core banking of Nepanagar Branch? I have received a call (Dated 14.12.2009 Time 12.59 PM) from Nepanagar Branch please send your specific signature for Approval. This is the Core Banking? I think your add is false and please suggest me this is possible I opened my Account in your bank without signature?

3.) I have applied for internet banking and I received Kit No.-[protected]. But that is not working. I have called to Mr. Bijlani in this regard. He said please you logged in the evening after that it is working but this Internet transaction is not working 24 hours. This is our govt. Bank. I have already call to Mr. Bijlani in all regard but he did not positive reply to me.

Please help me because I have very harassment for in this regard. Mr. Bijlani is very poor for customer handling and customer satisfaction any regard. So I humbly request to you, sir please solve my problem.
