[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Pension not received since about 20 months

> My mother Smt Ansuiaya Devi wife of Late. SHRI. C.S.CHAUDHARI with SBI Account#[protected], PPO number[protected] has not yet received the pension. My father passed away in Aug-2010. We received the PPO from State Bank Of India in June'2011 but pension amount and dues from Sep'2010 have not been credited in her account so far. We have followed up several times with State Bank Of India, Prashant Nagar( Branch Code[protected], Hyderabad branch but they do not seem to know the reason and the manager there keeps asking us to wait, we do not know the reason for delay till today. Please help in receiving the pension, thanks
