[Resolved]  State Bank of India, RACPC Branch Hyderabad — Low rate of interest told at the time of giving Housing loan but actually charged high rate of interest

Dear sir

I took a housing loan in April'11 from SBI RACPC Branch . The concerned manger told that rate of interest is fixed for three years i.e. 8.75 % for I year and 9.5 % for II and III years. But six months latter they send me the letter that it is floating from very first day. The letter of bank is attached here under. Sir, i am a service class person and it has affected my whole financial planning. I can not afford this, kindly help to resolve this. i have already communicated this to concerned branch but they did not reply. Please find the communication mails with the bank here under.
