[Resolved] State Bank of India — Non reversal of money of failed online transaction | |||
I am a savings bank acct holder of SBI (A/c No [protected]). On 20 Nov 2011 have recharged my wife's vodafone mobile No [protected] for Rs 200/- through SBI Freedom (Mobile Banking Service) vide transaction ID No[protected]. Whereas, the above transaction was not successful and I got an SMS stating that payment of Rs 200 will be reversed soon (code=952). However, the money has not been reversed. Despite several time I have approached SBI customer care through mails, the money has not yet been reversed. Copy of the mails are attached for your ready reference.
