State Bank of India — reopen joint savings account

My name is Ashoke Roy. i have a joint savings account with my wife in SBI Dakshineshwar branch, Kolkata w.e.f 1992.
Our account number is [protected]. Our account was suspended by the bank because me and my wife were not present in kolkata due to our personal reasons. Our account is registered with Indian Armed Forces (corps of signals, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh) for the after retirement pension transactions.
