[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI delaying amount to be refunded

I tried to make a POS transaction on 7th January,2012.The transaction
failed but the amount got debitted from my account.So i lodged a
complaint at SBI on 21st January,2012.It has been more than
three months but the complaint is not yet resolved.SBI is delaying the complaint from past three months.
