Dear SBI Team,

This is with the reference to my SBI Credit card Number [protected] ( Zameer Shaikh). I would like to bring into your notice that i have purchased some item worth of Rs 12k in 2007 and also you have issued us a cash loan.

In October 2011 i have closed all my pending payment after having a word with your call center. Payments was made through Chq. Issued by me (ICICI Bank) and Chq no was 400876.

Based on your call center communication i have cleared all my pending bills then why i am getting others bills stating some pending amount ???

Kindly let me know the status ASAP. No response means i have all clearance by you.
