State Bank of India — Worst Customer Service

Below is the mail which i have sent as complain to SBI : no revert yet. What i would suggest is never to go for a current account with state bank of india. Worst customer service.

I have an Current Account with State Bank Of India, under the name ArteeCraftee. Its an online shopping site, i am just a startup and needed a written confirmation from bank on its letter head that i have a registered current account with State bank of india. i needed that document so as to start my payment gateway services. Its been 15 days since i am running after getting this small document printed form bank. firstly they told me they dont have letter head so we can just give you stamp and sign on, and then when i am in bank with written content on my companys letter head, the bank members are telling me that they wont give it on my letter head, they would cut an additional charge of 100 rs from my account and give the document on their letter head. now i dont know why am i charged 100 rs for this. i am even ready to pay this additional charge. but now they told me to come on next day. its 16th day now and if i wont receive the document tomorrow even, next 2 days are gonna be bank holiday for you guys, so its like my whole week is going to be wasted, and its because of SBI that my site's launch is delayed by 20 straight days. If i dont get the document tomorrow itself, i am gonna shift my account to other private bank, and gonna sue the manager of that branch. just because of such few odd persons in this world all government employes are getting abuses. and its like now i dont trust SBI at all, if in start only i am getting such huje hurdles, what would happen once my site is live and i would get a daily transactions of a million rupees. I am sure now SBI is not at all good enough to handle such online website busiiness and would shift to private sector bank. As customer service is the most desirable thing. despites if i dont receive the document tomorrow. i am going to sue Darbargadh branch, as because of them, my sites launch is delayed by 20 days and i have incurred a huge loss plus i have lost my lot of customers. SBI is worst and i have a good contact / name in e-commerce world in India, with all top 15 ecommerce sites developed by me and my company, and i have only one thing to do now. suggest all of them, and all the other new comers in ecommerce business, for not to ever opt for SBI. you are worst. also i am going to blog about this particualr incident on my Blog. And also i have my other account of my dads business running with darbargadh davarkundla since more than 10 years, am going to shut that too down.

State Bank of India — Worst Customer Service(SBI)

I am A Antoselva Nathan having an SBI account . I tryed to withdraw 6000 rupees from ANDHRA BANK ATM(Gachi Bowli) but the transcation was timmed out so i went to SMI ATM(Gachi Bowli) and tryed to withdraw 6000 rupees again however i received an pop up saying "sorry unable to process" .so i checked my balance in SBI ATM and i found that 6000 rupees was deducted from my account.I called customer service and spoke to rep and also the manager and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs and they were not able to assure me that 6000 will be refunded to me.They also told me that if 6000 rupees is not refunded then i have to log a complaint and it will take 12 working days for refund.So i waited for 24 hours and called back the customer service.I spoke to a rep name Niti.I explained her my issue and requested her to raise a complaint.She asked me to verify my address and i did so however she says its not the complete address.
I verified my H No,Colony name,street name,land mark,dist ,Zip code,state and country.What else can an address have ?
Rep said she will not be able to help me as i am unable to verify my complete address.
I told rep that i can verify my last few transcations,DOB however she said she either need my complete address or Bank branch Name or Branch code.I did not had bank name and code. I asked rep as to how can i get branch name and address.She had no answers.

6000 rupees is a very big amount for me and from customer service i did not get any help.
I think SBI is running a big scam.Also one of my friend had the same issues and he was never refunded.
All my friends acknowledge that SBI has a worst customer service. I want my issue to be resolved.

SIR, YESTERDAY I WENT TO YOUR MUSIRI BRANCH REGARDS TO OPEN NEW ACCOUNTS., WITH INTRODUCERS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. PATICULARLY, FOR ID PROOF I HAVE GIVEN V.A.O CERTIFIED. BUT YOUR BRANCH OFFICERS TOLD ABOUT THIS ONE, AND THEN I BOUGHT IT. YET, BRANCH MANAGER AND ADDED THAT HE IS NOT AN GEZETTED RANK, SO I SAY GET OUT WITH YOUR ID. I HAVE FULLY AFFECTED BY THAT PLACE. AFTER SOME TIMES, I ASKED TO GIVE ANOTHER SUGGESTIONS FROM YOUR OFFICE ASSISTANTS. THEY ARE ALSO NOT GIVE ANY REPOSIBLE REPLY. SO, INQUIRED AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION INCLUDING BRANCH MANAGER.
