[Resolved]  Sulekha. Com — Purchased the listing feature but its been 6 months not listed

Hi All-

Its been a high time that i have been co-ordinating with a company called Sulekha.com to get my things done either or refund back and its been almost 5 months that i have not got any response on it

It all started like this

I used to receive a call from one lady called Vijaya from Hyderabad and she used to give me various offers in inserting the ad in sulekha.com.

She confirmed that my companies ad "Jain Infotech" will be visible in the category i specify to them provided that category should be available with sulekha.com.

On Jan 20th We had cracked the deal and first they confirmed me that they would swipe my card on ICICI Bank installment basis which i came to know from them they the installment basis is not possible and she had to swipe fully to which i have agreed i didnt object.

I got a call from chennai after a week stating that my ad would be displayed in only Web Designing not other category, but when i have explained them about the telecaller things they accepted and said that it would be included in a day.

From that day till today i have continuously tried on their phone numbers and emails but neither my ad has been displayed nor my money has been refunded.

Its merely a matter of shame for such a big company that i have to take this step of going into media. Atleast they would react faster knowing that they are being viewed by media.

I dont know how many people are suffering from the same problem, i request yourselves to use your media power and please either get these systems work properly so that it can help a common man or close the system which brings trouble to common man.

Below is the mail i have sent recently which has all the order numbers and all the information which acts as a proof of the payment been made and no response from their end.


This is the ever worst website i have seen and the worst service, sulekha.com takes money from me on Jan 20th and this is the order number Order# 247407, and till date i dont receive either refund of the payment as sulekha.com is not able to fulfill my requirement as there was an error from the telemarketing nor put on the website its almost 5 months gone, i am going email to all the news media, forums, consumer complaints, and print media. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN EVER IN MY LIFE, I GET MAILS FROM YOUR MANAGER IN MONTH OF APRIL BUT NEVER HEAR FROM YOU PEOPLE, I AM PUTTING IN ALL MEDIA ABOUT THIS.
