NOT RECEIVING ANY ACTION FROM SUN DTH WHILE UNABLE TO VIEW ANY CHANNEL SINCE LAST 23/12/2011

RESPECTED SIR,

I, KARUNAKARAN K. NAIR., a SUN DIRECT DTH subscriber and my smart card no. is: [protected]R. Since friday onwards my setup box is not working,. (there is not showing any lights during the time of power on), I complained the customer service centre, Ah'bad- vide phone no.[protected] on next day i.e. 24/12/11 and they assure me that it will solve within 48 Hrs. Thereis no action had been taken. After 2 days again I complained and assured to wait for 48 Hrs. time and gave a complaint no. 1-[protected] (26/12/11), till now the complaint was not solved. Again today I approched the same way to customer care centre today they register another complaint no. 1-[protected] and pl. wait for another 48 Hrs. to solve the problem. Please suggest.
