Sun Direct — Non fitment and alignment of Dish
I, Named Rajagopal Residing with House No 63, Naurangpur Vill, Shoukpur PO, Gurgaon Dist of Haryana is facing some problem with Sun direct Dish TV Networks(Smart card No [protected]). I Complaint my problem a lot of time with the customer care regarding my fitment and alignment of Dish. They convey me that technician will attend you with in 12 Hours. At every time of my compliant they reply the same. My neighbor named Rajaguru is also face the same problem(smart Card No.[protected]). For the above problem, what we have to do and where we have approach to resolve the same? regading smart card no.[protected] online recharge through citibank credit card i wrongly entered smart card no [protected] .Rs.100/- debited from my credit card immediatly.after some time i came to know that amount not added to my a/c.informed to citi bank, they gave approval code no.168173.then i spoke to customer care sun DTH. THEY REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT &GAVE complaint no.[protected]. need to take necessary action. by, Ramani. [protected] .

I am Sree Barla Appa Rao, my DTH Smart Card No. is [protected], residing at Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh. Sun Direct DTH Programs are not comming as Signal is out of order since 20 Aug 2011. I reported the same to your Customer Care center Phone No.[protected] on 23 Aug 2011. My complaint No. is[protected] dated 23 Aug 2011. Repeatedly/ daily raise this complaint vide My Cell No. [protected] to your Customer Care center for rectification. Still the problem not yet resolved.
Request look in to the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
