Dear Sir, I am using Sundirect for the past 05 years and I cannot solve my problem till now since my set up box is giving lot of problems like channel struck and every time I used compliant to the dealers but they are not amde any repair to the box simply returning back stating that your has been repired after installing the TV same condition has been rasied . Hence it is requested to retify the problems and send an good engineer and make it repaired or replace a new set up box and my smart card No.[protected] R, please.

Sun Direct — theft by officials
they have taken my set top box without informing the details. My set top box was having repeated problems for the last 6 months to 12 months since they changed the satellite direction or something of that kind. after many calls they did not come to rectify the problem, so i stopped recharging. but one fine day they came and told me they will service my set top box and they eloped without giving any receipt. On confirmation the local service man told that is what they do for set top boxes without recharging, they send some local persons and they give 100 bugs for each set top boxes and they claim from insurance.this is nothing but robbery. hope no one buys sun direct.
