Sun Direct — No Signal for last 10 days

No signal for Sun DTH (E48)in Andra for last 10 days,the customer care is not working and Nodal officer in Andra is not answering calls,the service is very POOR,its time people should stop using SUN DTH.
Hello i have take a recharge card in sundirect office but i don't no have must i recharge ammount please help me & iam calling toll free no also its no getting the line my card no is [protected]
I am trying to contact Customer care of SunDirect by the following numbers for the past 3 days:

But call is not going to this number, Very worst customer care. When i got a connection, they given Mega TV/Makkal TV SUN FM. Now they have removed these.


Very worst customer care.
First of all you won't get connected to customer care and if you are lucky your expected time will be 10 min which will get increase to 15 min and so on.

No reply to the email also.
