My sun Direct is after Recharged not coming Early I informed customer Care but They told it is taken 24hours, I don't know why like this
I am from bangalore and i have recharged my account on 3/16/2010 for Sun Direct DTH. But it should be activated thru customer care. I have tried the call to customer care for more than 4 hours and did not get the line. Customer Care Service is not caring the customer's requirements and very worst service provided by Sun Direct DTH.
Sundirect has got one of the poor service i have encountered.
1st thing we do not get connected to the customer service at first instance
waste lot of time on that
2nd thing if any minor problem then call technician and he charges 400 Rs for juss little things
3rd Frequently encounter signal problems
Hai my card No:R [protected] I have recharged Rs.655 and Rs.328 and Rs.25 on 23th march 2010 pleasc send The Balance and when I want to recharge next.Please send a mail to me.

Sun Direct — Sun Direct box not come

We had purchsed Sundirect box No.H[protected] and Smart Card No.[protected] in the scheme of one year Subscription free. It was very nice Audio and Vedio. But since one month it was not working. therefore we called to Just Dial[protected] for getting service of our box. After that one Mr. Sridhar([protected]) was called and asked about problem. after that he came to our house and he told that "it must be service in service centre only, after 3 days I will get back to you" He had taken the box along with Smart Card, without giving any acknowledgement. He told that service charge is Rs.300/- (we know the service charges will be Rs.150/-only) also we agreed to pay Rs.300/-. Eventhour he has not turnedup. We called many times to his mobile, he is not receiving our phone. He had come from Peenya. that much only we knows about him. again we complainted to Just Dial, after that one Mr.Ranganna was spoken to me. Mr. Ranganna who is having service centre in Peenya. He told that "Mr. Sridhar was an employee of our office, He left the job, eventhough I will trace him and call" but untill today we didnot get any phone call and our box. My Phone No.[protected] My house is in Vyalikaval, Bangalore. Kindly I request you to arrange to trace and get back our Sun Direct Box.
