Dear Sir,
I have taken Suvidhaa's agency two months ago.My id-19754 in the name of vijaykumar balmukand suri.
Since morning I have been facing the problem of 'server error' and due to this I am unable to book any tkt. When I talked to one of their representative he informed me that there is server probllem from suvidhaa's side.
One thing more whenever I start booking tkt at 8' clock, why this server problem comes at that time only? I am totally unablle to book any tatkal tkt.
Even after the message 'your request has been successfully sent to irctc' when I check with status, it shows there is no record.So my question is where the record as gone which I have saved and did the billing[in book reservation form].Please solve this problem or I have to switch over to other retailer.Thanks & REgards-vijay suri

i have taken suvidhaa's agency from 19 june My Name Nalin Thakar code - RT 153885 from that day i can not pay the bsnl landline bill i complain on you customer care and send attachment to take print screen but till now we not get good responce for resolve problem
