[Resolved]  Suvidhaa — bad service

dear sir,
my name is ravindra agarwal.i have taken a suvidhaa franchiee in november.
they gave me very bad servies.from the date i have taken it i am feeling very helpless.
no one is there to help us.
there exu.are very good.they gave clients very good services.
mr.chain singh hada who gave us the fr.is toooo good to handle.
no exu.is picking the phone
first when mr.hada came to us they want to give us fr.in 10,000rs.
we tried to convence them to give fr.in 8000 he agree to give in rs.5000
we told every one that he is a fool.but he is too smart that in month january they stop railway on our franchaee.
after that no one is responding in this matter
mr.rakesh vyas come to us and promise that he will start railway in 3000 in between 7to 10 days
after that it is 15days have gone but nothing happen
please help us

Dosto main aap sab logo ko Suvidhaa ke bare mein batana chata hu. Main ne aaj se 3 months pehle yeh service Delhi main Tilak Nagar area mein yeh soch kar li the ki company wale apni baat per kabhi bhi galat nahi hote hai. Jab mujhe is company ke bare mein bataya gaya to kaha gaya tha ki yeh Reliance ki company hai aur aap hamare server se Rail Ticket, Koi Bhi Mobile Charge, Bill Payment, LIC Payment etc. easy way mein de sakte hai. Aur Hum Aap ko aap ke area mein kam karne ke liye advertisement ke liye printing material, Stickers, Sign Board etc. dege jiske liye aap ko 10000/- Rs. dene padege. Maine inki bato mein aa kar Rs. 10000/- ka cheque diya aur maine inki service lekar apni musibat bada li. Jab maine rail booking ki koshish ki to booking hona to door koi bhi reply nahi aai. Inke dwara diye gaye call center per phone karne per kisi ne phone nahi uthaya. Kisi tarha haath pair marne per us person se baat ki jisne offer di the to woh bola ki aap hamare message box mein ja kar compnaint kare hum app se 1-2 hours ke beech contact karege. Ab batao ki agar app ki rail ticket book nahi ho rahi to aap customer ko kahege ki 1-2 hours interzar kare reply aane per batae ge ki ticket kyo nahi book hue. Dustri baat mobile charge ki is server se aap Airtel ka koi bhi phone charge / bill payment nahi de sakte. Bill payment per kaha gaya tha ki aap ko Rs. 5/- per bill save hoge per kaam karnet per pata chala ki yeh Rs. 5/- aap ko customer se lene padege jisme se aap ko company ko Rs. 2/- dene padege as a service charge. Aur aaj tha mujhe na to Sign board diya gaya hai aur na hi sign board diya gaya hai. Maine ise ek bura sapna samaj kar bhool gaya. Per jab kuch din pehle mujhe [protected] se kisi Mr. Rahul ka phone aaya aur kehne laga ki aap ko company ki service kesi lagi to maine unse apne sari problem batai aur kaha ki main tumhari service se khush nahi hu. Tab Mr. Rahul ne mujhe bharosa dilya ki kuch hi same mein aap se hamara koi na koi officer is bare mein baat karega. Kuch same ke baad mujhe isi phone se kisi madam ka phone aaya jab maine un ko bhi yahi sare phoblem batai to unka jawab sun kar main sock ho gaya unho ne kaha ki aap ka rail ticket is liye book nahi ho raha kyoki aap ki yeh service activate hi nahi hai is liye aap hamare feed back box mein ja kar 2 page ka form download kare, fir use bhar aur uske saath aap apna ID proof laga kar 15 July se pehle-2 hamare Mumbai Office mein courier kare tab ja kar yeh service aap ke account mein activate hogi. Jab maine unse pucha ki yeh baat mujhe pehle kyo nahi bataye gayi to unhone kaha ki aap ke sales persons kon the maine unka name batya "Mr. Dabas" tham yeh jawab tha ki woh to job chod chuke hai is liye ham nahi jante, aap ko form bharana hi hoga. Sign Board, Printing Material, ke bare mein puchne per jawab mila ki pichle 1 mahine se hamari company ne policy bani hai ki hum unlogo ko board dege jo hame written mein likh kar denge ki aap ko board ki requirement hai kyoki log board ka mis-use karte hai. Jab maine unse pucha ki yeh policy to 1 month pehle bane hai per mera board to pichle 3 months se due hai woh boli ki hum is bare mein kuch nahi jante aap ko written mein hi dena padega. To dosto mari aap se guzarish hai ki aap is company ke executive ke bekave mein na aa kar souch samaj kar faisla kare ki aap apne customer ke liye suvidhaa le rahe hai ya asuvidhaa.

I'm also retailer of suvidhaa. I taken it 1month and 10 back. I'm quite happy with the services suvidhaa provide.But i don't know what happened with him 3 months ago. But now software is absolutely working fine. I got all pop while taking retailership and i got board with in month. Suvidhaa people help me whenever i contact him. I want you to contact to sales manager or distributor of your area. What do i belleive they will help you. age aapki marji.

Dosto Aap logo ki tarah mene bhi yahi soch kar suvidhaa franchisee lee the socha business badhega lekin kya pata tha yeh suvidhaa hi duvidhaa ban jayegi. Mene customer ki flight book kari thi delhi se coimbatore ki jiska kiraya display kiya gaya 20516 (4 people) lekin booking hone ke baad jo printout nikla woh delhi se mumbai ka aya customer care se sampark kiya toh unhone kaha ki apne mumbai ka hi ticket book kiya tha. Mene unhe kaha ki agar aisa hai to ye bataye ki kiraya itna jyada kyo laga kiraya delhi se mumbai ka[protected]ke bich hota hai (4eperson) ka. To bhi koi positive response aj tak nahi aya. Finally me airport jakar ticket ka snapshot niklwa kar laya jo ki delhi se coimbatore ka hi tha par suvidha ne print out bar bar galat dekar ek bar to tension create kar diya tha.
Mujhe salesman ne kaha tha ki 5000/- do aur suvidha shuru karo meine aisa kiya per 1month mein rail ticket band ho gayi baad mein bola gaya ki 5000 aur do taki permanent rail ticket shuru hojaye. I was cheated by them.
Sir I took the services of Suvidhaa from Suvidhaa, Kolkata office Mr. Sukumar Pramanik (Sales Executive) . When I went to take the agency from them they registered in the outlet name SUVIDHAA TRAVELS instead of MAYANET TELECOMMUNICATIONS and even they assured me casually that it’s a simple thing, will be changed within 2months .As I have paid cheques, security deposit of my account so that the agency i am registering must be in the name of MAYANET TELECOMMUNICATIONS so that I can be a Suvidhaa retailer but Mr.Sukumar Pramanik(Sales Executive ) and Mr.Tathagatha Saha (then present Area Sales Manager) casually informed that it will be changed without any harassment. They Said it’s just a Casual matter . My suvidhaa id is 25767.

These people from Kolkata office not only were not listening to my plea; also they stopped communicating with me, even used to reject my phone calls and now requesting me not to put mails to Mumbai office, they'll do the needful here only.

Also would like to request your good self to put a strong hold on these Regional Sales/Marketing teams, as at the time of selling their products they commit on several things, which they often failure to fulfill after activation. Because I don't want others to suffer in the same manner like me.

Hence it seems as a pure fraud case .

sir, i tried to recharge my mobile [protected] online through suvidhaa. i got message of deduction from my sbi account but the mobile did not get recharged on 29/03/2014. my transaction id of sbi is 88406502IGS5538365. please look into the matter.
sab se ghatiya servise 18 september ko 50 rupees ka recharg kiya recharg succes ho gaya pese mere suvidhaa account se kat gaye custmer ko koi benefit nahi mila 2 ghante bad complent dala to 24 ghante ka time diya aur 24 ghante me bhi koi result nahi nikla custmer care call kiya to had kar di in suvidhaa walo ne kehte hy 22 september ko result denge
