To, The Manager, HONDA MOTORCYCLE AND SCOOTER INDIA PVT LTD, Dear Sir, I am using Handa Activa from 2003, I am very much happy about my bike performence, mostly I used to service my bike only in Honda authorised dealer. Last time I serviced my bike at your authorised dealar M/S BALAJI HANDA, T.H.ROAD, OLD WASHERMENPET, CHENNAI - 600 021, TAMIL NADU. I went there for general service only but they said engine has ceased it has to replace every parts of engine, I agreed for that, and they charged heavy bill for that(Rs- - 7600 (Labour itself - Rs - 2600) ) after charged this much they have not done the proper service. I gave the compliant but they didn't rectify the problem, again I have given compliant but they try to avoid me in worst manner. COMPLIANTS AGAINST BALAJI HANDA 1 - THEY HAVE TAKEN EIGHT DAY TO DELIVER THE BIKE WITH UNPROPERed SERIVICE(but they promised to deliver within four days) 2 - CHARGED HEAVY BILL THROGH HIGH LABOUR CHARGE 3 - NO PROPER CUSTOMER RESPONDS 4 - WHEN I GIVE THE BIKE FOR SERVICE 4.5 TO 5 LITERS FULE IN BIKE BUT ON DELIVERY ONLY 1 LITER FULE WAS THERE. 5 - WHEN I WENT FOR COMPLIANT ABOUT THE SEVICE AT LAST TIME THEY ASK ME TO COME AT 8.00PM, BUT I KNOW THEY CLOSING TIME IS 6.30PM, I RISED THE DOUBT ALSO, BUT THEY SAID FOR SATURDAY AND ALL THEY WORK TILL 9.00PM. THEN I BACK, AND AGAIN I WENT AT 7.20PM FOR GIVE MY BIKE, BUT I WAS SHOCKING THEY CLOSED. I HAVE GOOD OPENIAN ABOUT HONDA BIKES, ACTALLY I PLAN TO BUY HONDA UNICORN THIS MONTH, BUT THIS KIND OF ACTIVITIES ARE MAKE ME TO RECONCERN ABOUT MY PLAN HOPE YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE AND PROPER ACTION Thanking you, N. I bought a new honda unicorn on november 2009...On january month suddenly my bike got some problem.i took my bike to honda dealer at redhills..they told ur bike engine got ceased...properly i left my bike for service..only first service has completed...before 2nd service i got this problem.3 weeks passed still they didnt repair my bike..saying that engine parts are not available...then for wat **** u r running a company.with a brand name

Ipurchased a honda unicorn from KDC HONDA, VATAKARA, CALICUT DIST, KERALA(I booked as on 14-feb-2009 and get delivery on 11-june 2009)there is somany complaints about their services . they are
1) on delivery of byke there is a scratch on right side of fuel tank and they promis to me it will clear on first service and this complaint is wrote on the back side of the service book but till now they could not solve my problum(service manager told me that tell to sales man if he is promised me to recover)
2) chain socket is damaged before third service (between[protected]kmtrs).They have no responsibility after the delivery of vehicle.
now i changed chain socket at HONDA SHOW ROOM KANNUR ON[protected]
But after 10 days it again damaged and complained there and they said to bring the byke on[protected]
this will effect my job (already went to VATAKRA more than 10 times evan though there is only 4 free services
Irequest you to take remedial measures about my complaints as early as possible and hope reply regards this complaint

dear manger. your service staff no proper check after washing.I see the probem is many time no proper washing, no proper brakr maching. one time brake shoes are change. I am honda family member. my complain are no see and not proper satify. I booked one active they told me you will get this schooter by 18th of September but still after so may contacts I don’t received any call from Ganpati Honda.
And in ganpati Honda the reception girls are also don’t know how to speak with the customer and I think they don’t know anything

hi me ashwani from ambala city, purchased a honda dazzler on 13th aug.2010 from S.D.honda.By misfortune a car hit my bike on 25th nov. & some parts of bike got damaged.same day i submit estimate to the insurance company.company dealer mailed all the requirement to gurgaon office on 27th.but there is no responce since 2 months.i call to the dealer as well as gurgaon branch regularly.but they give me false excuses everytime.plz. do needfull.

i have bought Honda Unicorn in 2006 .Now i have a problem with my bike and when i checked with a mechanic then he informed me that the engine's COUNTER SHAFT is not working properly.So i visited lots of Honda authorized spare parts dealer in ernakulam and Coimbatore as well but the dealers are saying that there is no stock available there.And i have been searching for this parts for the last two months so please provide me from where i will get this part.

I am having unicorn and activa both 2005 model but I am facing problem for service.We have only one authorsed service centers in mavelikara.We have to go between 6.30 am to 10.00am and wait for long to give the bike for service.Hence I would like to ask you a question that why can't you put more authorised service agents as they could not hand ill the load and creating problems to the customers?All other bike companies are having enough authorised service centers.

I have purchased a honda stunner cbf bike on 20th january 2011 from globas honda showroom near outer ring road and the service stattion is rohini honda near rithala metro station.At the first service i asked the worshop person about the problem facing of a below average as i was commited to 50-60KM/L whereas i was just recieving a average of 35-40KM/L. I asked him to sort out the problem and i waited to see that in the next month but the problem was the same so at the second service i repeditly asked the same problem resolution from the same person so he replied to me that it will take time because of that i am not able to drive the bike to long routes. So it is my humble request to you to please sort out this problem as soon as possible and response the status on my ID airwaves.[protected]@gmail.com as i am facing a huge trouble...
