URGENT KIND ATTENTION OF Atri Chakraborty ( National Head-Operations} RSBTM[protected] in the name of S. Kasinathan MY SBI CARD [protected] It is almost a week since I heard from you . Act fast and not lethargic. My premium is debited from my SBI card everymonth on 12th Inspite of repeated requests and mails IF YOU DEBIT THE CARD THIS MONTH YOU WILL BE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK ONLY AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO DO THAT I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY FOR WILFULL DISOBEYANCE ON YOUR PART .Stop debiting and give send me a mail immediately that you have done so. I have been sending mails to you for the past one month and your Company is so slow in giving a reply. I repeat my card should not be debited for further premiums. I have sent mails earlier on 19th April and 29th April 2011. I got replies after a gap of more than 3 days which is unusual and against the Customer relation Norms Was this information helpful? | |||

I have received today a policy no. ITMR[protected] dated 04/01/2010.
But I regret to inform you that I wish to cancel this policy. I required a policy which will cover illness, hospitalisation and medical check up.
Therefore please terminate this policy and refund the premium at the earliest.

I'm Madhu from Bangalore, last friday just i booked train ticket through my credit card. For that they activated an TATA AIG policy without taking my permission. and also they deducted from my citi bank credit card for 3 month's policy amount even without any instructions from my side.
