Details of complaint : I have submited all necessary documents in regard of claim settlement of my stolen motor cycle as asked by TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE Company s letter which is attached with this email for your perusel. I was assrued by the TATA AIG claim department that amount of the financier will be given by them and after that form 35 and NOC for removal of hypothecation by the financier can be taken. Now I have been told that remaining amount of the financier should be paid by me and also submit form 35 and NOC for removal of bpothecation duly signed by the financier.

Regarding claim settlement alll the documents were submited. While As per the requirment by the company, again I was asked below mentioned documents

Original RC / tax receipt.

Original Invoice/ delivery note/owner’s manual.

Wherein from above requirements I have submited the original RC and owners manual which was optional. But now still they have asked to submit me the tax receipt and original invoice.

So kinldy look into my complaint and settle my claim earilest and take necessary action against the company.
