Tata Aig — SURRENDER CHARGES DEDUCT RS. 11000

Respected Sir / Madam,
I purchased one Lakshya plus policy from Tata Aig on 28.02.2010 they told me that after three years I widraw total fund value of my policy. Now 28.02.13 my policy three years completed. My policy is share marked based policy and I know that from 2010 to 2013 Sensex jump uped. From 28.02.2010 monthly installment Rs. Rs. 1499 deducted from salary account its gross total amount till date is Rs. 53964 but this time customer care executive told me that my total fund value is around 39000 and surrender charges also deduct its around Rs.11000 and after deduction the surrender charges I get Rs. 28000 around. I already mail to customer care of Tata Aig that please give my total fund value around 38000 but no respons from them. Please help me I belong from middle class family.

They already paid to me Rs. 28000 in my hdfc bank account through ecs after the surrender charges deduct Rs. 11000 Sir, please help me for my total surrender charges value Rs. 11000
