1. In the Web browser's address field, type http://webmail.vsnl.com

2. In the Email Address field, type your entire email address.

3. In the Password field, type your password.

4. Click the Login button.

5. You can view the amount of Storage Space used in the upper left corner.

6. Look at the Size column to focus on large e-mails with attachments. Deleting these will free more space.

7. Click the Delete button.

8. Click the Trash folder on the left.

While purchasing renewal pack of 25 Hrs. I paid by Credit Card and by doing so I paid 2 transactions extra.

Customer Care Person of VSNL informed me the Refund Order No.[protected] towards CITI Bank Credit Card.

The refund is not yet received at CITI Bank Credit Card Section.

Tata Indicom VSNL — Refund

I was not able to access internet since 1.5 months. Hence, I have made several complaints to the customer care department to rectify it, but no actions have been taken so far. In fact, I was making complaints every alternate day since 5th March 2010.

I never expected this kind of worse attitude and service from a reputed company like theirs. They have failed to act on my complaints. Hence, I wanted them to refund my amount along with the compensation and close the matter permanently. Even after sending mails to their appellate authority and nodal officer, they just called once saying they will settle the matter. They have failed to respond even after sending repeated mails. I want them to refund the amount.
