[Resolved] Tata Communications Bb Internet — Wrong monthly billing of BB internet, pathetic service | |
Hi I am a Pune based resident & BB internet subscriber of Tata communications internet services ltd, since 28th June 2007, my log in id is [protected]@vsnl.net , & my TCISL account number is ACC[protected]. I work from home for a Bangalore based company & my working is fully dependant on BB internet. Ever since I have taken BB internet connection, I am facing problem of poor services of TCISL due to which unable to log in & access my BB internet account through web dialer. practically every fortnight . My BB internet connection was taken under monthly rental plan “Infinity 128 “ of 128 kbps speed against usage for which I used to pay monthly bill Rs 775 to Rs 785 , which every month I was paying either on 1st or 2nd of succeeding month. But suddenly on 19th Oct.09 , TCISL changed my plan to “Power flash 750” instead of Infinity 128 “ of 128kbps & sent me a monthly bill for Oct for Rs 1930 , showing balance outstanding also for Rs 772 for Sept.09 also , which I had already paid through my credit card online on 1st Oct.09 ,against which I received duly acknowledged online receipt from TCISL . After receipt of October 09 wrong bill for Rs 1930 I lodged a formal complaint with their customer care telephone number of TCISL orally as well through e mail on their customer care e mail id regarding wrong billing & then repeatedly followed up with them for reversal of plan; Since their response/ reply was always evasive like your complaint has been resolved, we are looking into your complaint & will revert etc. I was not satisfied As I was not getting convincing reply from TCISL, I wrote to their Nodal officer Pune, Appellate authority Mumbai but still reply was very lukewarm. Then finally on 2nd Oct.09 I met personally Ms Fauzia Khan [she claimed to be a nodal officer Pune ] & explained to her my grievance, but she was in no mood to listen , she said they found that monthly rental plan has been changed from your e mail id only , I categorically told that I have not done it & happy with existing plan Infinity 128 “ of 128kbps with monthly bill Rs 785 instead new plan ; She was so adamant told me that , we cannot check IP address detail , go & get it from Cyber crime dept of Pune police , when I asked her procedure of the same & Cyber crime Police address , she refused to give the same . I found her very adamant, non cooperative, of high handedness type, not at all having any kind of quality to be in position of “Nodal officer “. I suffered a lot , gone through lot of mental stress , agony & my professional life have been greatly affected by TCISL poor , pathetic , non customer friendly services . I am genuinely looking for & expecting a due justice to my grievance, I request your honor to kindly look into matter & take an appropriate action against erring “Tata Communications Internet Services Ltd” To support my complaint, I have all necessary supporting in the form of print out of e mails sent to them on a regular basis.
