Tata Docomo — 501 Recharge Success but didn't get the benefits from the telecom provider

I have moved from airtel to tata docomo 6 months back for the tariff Rs 501(special recharge). I have been recharging the same from the second month. Whenever i recharge it online, i get a message 'recharge successful' online. But will never get a recharge successful message on my mobile. So i need to call 121 (customer Care) and ask for it each time. I have asked them to take this as a complaint and sort it out. But the issue has not been sorted out till now. Day before yesterday (23 Nov 2012) i made a recharge of Rs 501 online and i even got a onscreen message saying Recharge successful on the web. Here's my reference from State Bank of India. [23-Nov[protected]Nov-2012) TO TRANSFER INB Tata Docomo TATADOCOMO_RECHARGE MSBI[protected]IGE2380414 TRANSFER TO [protected] BILLDESK TRANSACTION A 501.00]. Only after making a call yesterday i came to know that i did not get the benefits from the recharge.So i then tried calling to the customer care on 121. A lady spoke to me , and she asked me to wait till 24 hrs to know the status. I asked for the reason for me to wait 24hrs. She was blank and i then asked her to transfer the call to her team leader. She asked me to call the next morning to speak with the customer call. I then asked why? She simply said team leader got meeting for 3 hours and put my call on hold and never return back. That was such an irritating behavior from her. I later tried calling 121 but it always says the customer care is busy speaking to the other customer and it automatically disconnects my call. It doesn't even put me on wait. I think the operator does not leave the customer to connect for the second time. I have noticed this for long. Later today i spoke to the customer care online on live chat. He then told me the recharge is not successful at the tata docomo side due to congestion and he said the amount will be returned to the bank account in 4 working days if not recharged successful. When i asked for the chat transcript to be mailed to my mail id, he said there's no such options available from their side. Why did' the lady tell me this , the other day and thats why i asked her to connect to the team leader for wish she put me on hold. Please give a permanent solution to this.

Hi Krisha,

You are absoulutely correct.
The customer care executives never respond properly at the first time.
Second time you will never catch them and it will get disconnected thereon each time you try to contact.

Sorry to say this about tata docomo, but the fact is fact. I also had the same problem.
The ugliest part is you have to spend 501 rupees of manpower to get back that money and still you would not be assured of the money.
