[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance Deduction

Sir/Madam,
My mobile [protected] Balance stilling every month.
There are no VAS and services acctivated. But service provider deduct as data usage. My handset is Nokia-1662.Customer care executive say me that after your double confirmation we activate this service.
I had delete SMScenter no, Any SMS cannot send. Then how they received confirmation. they are not refumd my amount Rs.25.34.
Please check record for my confirmation and help to refund above amount.
Every month customer care executive refund amount and say we have close all service and next time no balance will deduct.
Every time I have facing this problem.
How may people are facing this problem and they are not taken action to service provider.

Tata Docomo — MNP not activated

Hello,

I have an Idea number [protected]. I applied to transfer this number to Tata Docomo under MNP on 16-feb. But till date my number has not been activated.

I had been messaged that the customer care reprsentative will get in touch with you with the details.

Now since past one week, i have not recieved any mail or contact from the docomo representatives.

If you cannot provide the service then why launch such schemes or endorsements.

This is very frustrating.

My name is Mahadeo Rajurkar, I have Tata Docomo Customer within 1.5 years,
within 1 month my balance was deduted without activation. I am not activate & deactivate to any service. My balance was deduct Three time without my activation, I am also prove them.

Tata DoCoMo — POOR NETWORK SIGNAL

TATA DOCOMO IS A VERY VALUABEL MOBILE PROVIDER.IT PROVIDES US MANY OFFERS..THATSWHY I BROUGHT A SIM CARD OF DOCOMO..BUT IN OUR AREA THE NETWORK SIGNAL TOO POOR TO USE..THERE IS NO SIGNAL INSIDE THE HOUSE..WHEREAS OTHER NETWORK HAVE A VERY GOOD NETWORK SIGNAL..WHAT WILL I DO NOW?
Many times i observed that my tatadocomo balance automatically reduces without any caal/sms/down load/ any surfing,whenever i approached to customar care and they totally ignore my problem and showed many hidden cost (Which are actully not mentioned any time or i told them for all kinds of service.)Now i am using rs.12/ tariff still they are deductiting more balance from another customer(BUDDY Active).
and more ways they are deducting balance,so need to stop all, please give your hand and make a good system

But till date my number has not

customer care reprsentative is not giving such a proper respond and they saying vodafone not releasing your number,and they are not taking any complaints regarding this.
since past one month i not get any this about the mnp.

Tata DoCoMo — lewd smses sent to others using my uncles number

Hi...


The real problem is someone(or may be a group) has been using my uncle's (docomo)number to send lewd/bad smses to other people.I suspect the person has somehow created an account in one or some of the messaging sites through the uncle's number. I think these guys might have got the verification code that is generally sent to the mobile number from those messaging websites from his daugther who was kind of friends with these people.

I just want to know if my uncle could get all the smses that his number might have received for the last 3 months.

In case we get the sms with the verification code we can track the website atleast for further investigation. The kind of smses are lewd and its severity calls for immediate action. Please guide.

Tata DoCoMo — SMS service

Dear Docomo,

I've been having a peculiar problem with the docomo services, generally its all fine. I mainly use my mobile for call and texts, and very rarely do I use internet even though I have a 3G sim.

The problem is that, even when my mobile is NOT turned off and network is there (the tower shows full) my mobile says "Switched off" when someone tries to call me, messages don't reach me until and unless I switch of the phone and switch it on again. This mostly happens in the morning.

For instance today, I woke up at 6:30 am, I was sure I had to receive and important sms at 5:45 with details of a meeting. And I was sure that the person who was sending it was responsible enough to not forget it. I switched of my cell and switched it on, I got the message and the person sent it 4 times when it wasn't reaching the first time. He even called, later I found out that my phone was coming switched of. This has been happening for the past few days, what is the reason for this? Why doesn't my phone get messages or calls and says switched of even when network prevails? Specially during the morning?

It is kindly requested to resolve our problem. I have tata photon (No [protected]) plus 5 GB unlimited plan but now i have facing many problems like devices is not connect to the internet & speed of tata is not like so use able. Whenever i downloaded anything within 5 GB my speed of downloading is 14 kbps to 44 kbps max, I waiting for long time but problem is still pending. Tata executives are not given me fair respons. We dont have any interested in this connection & we are helpless as said earlier many and many times.
In other words if the problem is not solved i will surrender my connection. This will be a big shame for the tata group that they cannot solve the issue.

Tata DoCoMo — SUB STANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been charged rs.30 on 2 consecutive instances for DOCOMO's matrimonial services 522073 when i didnt even activate it.i have called customer service many times to deactivate it and thier attempts however has not done the same.im very frustrated with thier sub standard services for dealing with a simple issue of deactivating a VAS.I tried deactivating it myself but the servers are always busy.In addition to this these guys have made a change in thier customer care service that a user can talk to the (so called) customer care executives only once a day so you'll have to wait for the next day if you want to call them up again.A highly disgraceful move by this service operator.

resp,sir yesturday i am activated rs 65 rupess for int bro.after than evening time 7.25 pm some massage came from custmar care in your mobile rs 48 pac is active.than from my account rs 48 * 7=336 rupess is diducat.sir so plz conform my information and refund my amounts.

Tata Docomo — deduction of charges for service without activating it

I (Jaymin Sukhadia) am having a tata docomo sim card with no. [protected]. everything is fine with the service but, from my balance a sum of 30 Rs is been deducted every month for a service called "beauty tips". I have never activated this kind of any service and they charge me for that and even i have never got any kind of such tips. And when i talk to the customer care they tell me that i have activated that service and now i have to deactivate it by following some steps. I have tried that too, but still on ever 4th of new month 30 rs gets deducted. around 120 Rs has been deducted till today. Even when i check the list of activated services on my sim, it shows no services are activated on your sim card. then how can the cut my balance. please if you can help me out i want the solution. hope to get the reply as soon as possible.

Tata DoCoMo — unnecessary deduct charges from total balance

i have been charge 30rs for the "subscribing to bipasha basu 3G life WAP service"[i have not activated any service on my mobile]...i used to call custumer car of TATA DOCOMO but they are not giving proper justification why they had deduct my charges,when i asked them to refund my money back they are not ready to refund me, and when i said talk with my FATHER than the" CUSTOMER CARE employe",REJECT the call without giving any proper information.
not much satisfy with the network service.
