[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — no range

I recently bought the new TATA DOCOMO sim.but with in 3 days I changed sim card back to my Airtel number.

Signal is very very very poooor. even in center city also im not getting signal properly.

i have no enough range in my tata indicom mobile phone...my location is kerala, palakkad, mannarkad, edathanattukara...pls consider this as a requast and speed up solve

Call getting disconnected in 30 secs or 50 secs.

Before purchasing the tata docomo sim card, i was under the opinion that tata products and services are user-friendly. Every move of the tata groups was taken keeping in mind the ordinary people, especially the poor. But now i feel very very sorry for what i did. Most of the time the network is not available. At times of emergency, i get the display 'emergency only'. Definitely whatever fame or reputation the tata groups had earned defineitely will be lost unless they make the services properly or withdraw the roral service.

Worst signal from Tata Docomo... waste to change to Tata docomo.. always new work busy... you will get frustrate by seeing that network busy

hi, i want a tata docomo sim and these are the problems m facing
1>no proper information about the tarriff each retailers tell different tariffs.so what is the right tariff and for how many mins.
2>what is the exact price for your sim?retailers are creating a hype and selling it for more than the actual prices .
3>your customer care numbers are always busy no response at any time of the day so which number should we cal for clarifications on the tariffs etc...
4>is it true that the signal is too weak i had high expectation on tata products i m a very sincere customer of tata

2.The exact price of TATA DOCOMO sim card is rs.49. Retailers are selling the sim cards at a higher price because of the high demand of TATA DOCOMO in the market. We are resolving this problem.

I recently got myself a prepaid number from Tata DOCOMO and I'm not satisfied with the signal strength.

I live in B'lore and the signal strength out in the open is good but indoors it's non existant.

Sometimes I get a weak signal indoors but most of the time the handset is unable to locate the signal. I tried the SIM on various handsets and it's the same issue.

Totally screwed up network. No range in most places in Mumbai. Call drops when travelling. Ppl planning to take Docomo, Please think again!!

i have activate my sim three days back. but i cannout recharge the top upcards with any denomination. i cant doeven easy recharge. my nno: was [protected]. the customer care persons was saying that server was busy from past three days. their teamleaders and supervisors was in meeting from three days. IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I NEVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. i have arranged this no: on my visiting cards beliving them. i cannout do my bussiness even. i feel that the customer care executives was not even passed ssc.their answes was like kiddish. I HAD NEARLY 100 POSTPAID AND PREPAID CONNECTIONS IN MY COMPANY. I WILL see till a day i will just close all the connections.

i have purchased tata docomo last week but their is alot of network problem in my area. sometimes we have run here and their to get some network. and inside our we didnt any network at all. which i think is very important to get network at home becoz most of the time we are at home.sir i have complained about this to customer care but till now my query is not yet solved. they have called me to know my query was solvved or not. but they didnt help me regarding my problem.

tata docomo is the worst network i have ever seen. Always it says network busy. A mere useless service.
