[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — no range

I purchased Tata Docomo sim 15 days back. Network is very poor and always in emergency condition.

Please help me out.

I live in Village Gilzian dist.Hoshiarpur and there is always network problem of TATA DO CO MO.please give proper coverage to our area.

I used to take good signal for granted in other providers(no need to name)
But now i have to go out to even get 3 or 4/ 5 bars. I cant get signals even in the middle of the road in some places. this is definitely the most unpleasant experience i've had with network, and each time the customer care guys say the same thing, which doesn't help. Your offers and prices are great, but of NO USE if you cant even get a decent signal, because I wouldn't get my money's worth. Thank you. [protected]

there is problem of range to TATA DOCOMO. I can't make any call...TATA INDICOM has range but not DOCOMO...

I do agree that tata docomo is operating without sufficient networking infrastructure and looting the hard-earned money of subscribers.

why is it that i get proper signal for all other networks except for docomo?

Last few months I have been using Tata Docomo canceling my existing airtel connection.I am afraid that I will have to go out of my home to make a call if I want to talk to some one or receiving calls.

I reside at Panangad, Kerala, Ernakulam Dist.reception of signals in this area is so bad always.I would request you to please do install a booster nearer to my residence or find any other alternative to solve this problem at the earliest.

Expecting a favorable & appropriate action in this regard.

Tata Docomo — Signal is not proper.very worst

Tata docomo is having very worst signal in most of the areas throughout the city.
Its not working many times.

and i want to cancel my voicemail..
pls cancel it. bcoz no response from customer care.and i need gprs settings for tata docomo.pls send it

I live in B'lore and the signal strength out in the open is good but indoors it's non existant.

Sometimes I get a weak signal indoors but most of the time the handset is unable to locate the signal. Persons who are calling my no. when i am indoor its says not reachable. i am very fed up of the network and service provided by tata docomo. pls do the needful.

It's best to switch to other networks . I've been using TATA DOCOMO for the past 2 years and the same reason as "we are working on your complaint, sir" is given by all the customer care people and till now for the past 2 years no steps have been taken. And i consider docomo to have the worst signal coverage.

there is no network in and around the surroundings of hindustan aeronautics limited, balanagar, hyderabad, andhra pradesh 44. Even for sending message also there is no signal. worst ever network i used.

In Ahmedabad, All people are telling that BSNL network converage is wrost. But yesterday, I had purchased SIM card of Tata Docomo.. because of Two big BRANDS.. Tata and Docomo.. and mainly Internet prices. But Surprised, I am not getting converage inside home or office. I was also planning to shift my office ( around 10 ) phones to Tata docomo. But After looking at service - I had droped idea.

I had talked with Customer care officer - He told me that distance between your places ( office and home ) and our tower is more then 900 meters. We are searching a place for tower but we are not getting it.. Too much funny answer...

tata docomo sucks! no signal but only loss of money

i face very rare problem i did not get the call from bsnl Land line it always tell me that number does not exist but by using another mobile it work properlly ...i did not get the call form bsnl land line (Maharashtra)

Tata Docomo — no network inside the house

i get network outside the house but not inside... this problem is only with docomo.. i use vodafone, airtel, bsnl but they work fine.....

I stay in Bagyanagar Colony, Opp KPHB, Hyderabad, Pin code 5000 72. I have bought TATA Docomo in Lasy July 2009. Signal covearge is Nil i.e very very Bad inside the Apartment . I can not make any calls from the House .I need go to my Balcony for maimg or receiving a call . i will get one Point Signal In my Home we uses Reliance, BSNL, Airtel . These are extreamly Good will always Full Signal.

It is more than 18 months now got TATa Docoma . Till now they are not able to increase the Signal Stregth.

Staying in such a commercial Loacation without DOCOMA Siganl . Imagine their service.

They claims Fastest Net.how can use without signal ?

I am Planning to change to Realiance with Number Portabiltiy Option .

The most frustrating thing is that their customer care representatives are always busy. I first tried the customer care number 12525 as given in the user guide. Selecting 9 (for talking to customer care) always says "That selection is not valid". What is this? Then I asked a person in a retail shop and he said Docomo is like this. Call 121. I called 121 and was able to connect to representatives earlier. They told me to dial again with proper selections. After that I am not able to connect to them. This is really annoying. I mailed them so many times but no response at all.
