[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — no range

I recently bought the new TATA DOCOMO sim.but with in 3 days I changed sim card back to my Airtel number.

Signal is very very very poooor. even in center city also im not getting signal properly.

what signal or tower is used for tata docomo... does it use airtel or any other signal/towers... or does contain sepperate one's???!!!

My number bearing number [protected], it has very poor signal strength.

All my clients are complaining about the poor network coverage.
My cell is always busy or it is not recheable whenver someboody calls me, this is what I hear from many of them.

I reside in northern part of bangalore - Hebbal kempapura, R.t. nagar and working in MS ramaiah hospital.

I am not available to my customers easily as it was with airtel. Pl tell me what has to be done before I disconnect and switch on to airtel which is far better.

Signal is not good. Today there is no network from 7 pm onwards
TATA DOCOMO Network SUCKS a lot...Even in hard core resdential & business centres, the network is never strong...many times the call gets dropped...what a stupid service... If i call the customer care service..the persons there dont' know what they speak...i think they are recruited directly from school dropouts...And the icing is that u register a complaint in their website or here..they will simply say " sorry for the inconvenience - please cooperate- give us your contact numbers- we will get back to you..." .After a day or two u will get a reply that we called u many times but you are not reachable...you know why we r not reachable...because u use TATA DOCOMO network to call us...

All the management of TataDocomo should be banged. They are spoiling the names of TATA & Docomo...
TATA DOCOMO doesn't have common sense, forget buisnesssense...their competitors network penentrates into evry nook & corner of buildings in the city, but Their signal will drop even on the road...
your services is benifit for me..but no signal for my area...i have purchase the sim card before 1 & half months...i already complaint customercare officers...but no use...still also no signal for my area...i request to improve signal shortly..othervise i have change the simcard...my number is [protected]...am waiting for these result only on few days...
i have changed my sim before 15days back and u know the thing is that no outgoing and incoming calls from land line numbers. I really frustrated. Please do the needful very urgently because am facing a lot of problem.

Customer service number rings and disconnects. I have tried atleast 100 times to connect to customer support. Sims are sold in black and the firm is just turning a blind eye to consumer complaints. I am telling all my friends to stay away form docomo
I too am facing the same problem.
My sim no. is [protected].
Location :; city - bangalore, area - electronics city phase 2.
Most of the time it shows "Rm" (i.e. in Roaming mode) OR "Searching".
If I call my this DOCOMO number from my landline I get only one message "all routes in this network is busy", no matter what's time of the day/evening/night/midnight - same same pathetic response.
Its worse than even Spice network.
I can hardly call any number from my DOCOMO number (mobile). All the time I get "Unexpected Error" or "Failed Attempt".
IT WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM TATA WHO BOAST FOR THEIR QUALITY OF CONNECTIVITY IN MOBILE SERVICES. I AM FEELING CHEATED. NO WONDER EVEN TATA HAS STARTED CHEATING GOOD CUSTOMERS WHO WANTED TO RELY ON TATA JUST FOR VERY NAME "TATA".
IF ANY ONE FROM THE DOCOMO TEAM IS LISTENING TO IT PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO KEEP THIS FANTASTIC SCHEME "DOCOMO" ALIVE...

I purchased the Tata docomo card today morning. Gave the dealer the 500 rs, he said he would give the card for free and the talk time (Prepaid) will be about 472 rs which was acceptable. Within 2 hours, when i inserted the sim card, the service was started and I got 5 rs initially and then after some time 472rs.

Then suddenly all calls are cut. Whenever I try to make a call it says '' Sorry, this service is not available on your mobile'' I tried calling customer care, pathetic as it is, weren't able to answer. Then after trying again 3rd time from my vodaphone mobile ( I was being charged for all the crap femina miss world contest etc and waiting time ) some agent told me that my number has not come in their system. I called up my dealer and he said, this happens sometimes with DOCOMO. There are some users who enjoy service while their application still lies with dealer to be sent, while some (I guess) like me, don't get the service. Helpless, Clueless! Whom to contact?

Tata Docomo — very worst signal

hi sir , this is chakry i am using TATA DoCoMo GSM sim since three months . But there is very worst signals please check it and plz check my problem and solve is as soon as possible . Sometimes while making a call it says that "CHECK OPERATORS SERVICE" it is harshing me and i am lossing my temper. so plz kindly solve those problems very soon
recently i took docomo no...90300...7 ...the network is good but after 6 pm daily to what ever network u call i am simply getting network busy ...messages are not going at right time...no proper responce from customer care executives...delay in activating...retailers selling recharge cards at more price...even they are sellin sims at 200 to 500 rupees ...so kindly check all these problems and do find solutions soon... docomo is at starting stage so u must keep mind that for ur product customer is very important ... if this propaganda increases no one comes forward to purchase ur sims ...

My i bought tata docomo sim on 29/09/09.My number is [protected].It worked very good forthe first three days.But from the next day when i try to connect any number it is saying NETWORK BUSY.It is very disguising.The signals are very strong though also im not able to connect it.I removed the sim and kept it again.But also the same problem.Im not able to tae even urgent calls.The network is bad.

mobile number[protected] we do not get proper signal, and have complained to customer service where I am being kept to hold the line for more than 45 mins and after they come back and ask me the same question where I have to repeat all over again. This is never going to work. This connection is taken on the company's name of ALERT INSURANCE BROKERS, new no. 20, old no.28, Krishna Street, T.Nagar, Chennai 600 017.
