[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — no range

its the worst network .after launching many cmplaints ther is same network...no action is taken...so people throw ur tata docomo...it should be launch in taliban...y indians should suffer...

I live in DD colony area HYDERABAD 500013, AP. tere is absolutely no network coverage in this area im very upset as i donot recieve and incoming calls nor can i call, i want to change to services like airtel but i do not want to as i still hope there would be network coverage in dd. colony locaility plz place more towers in hyderabad especially in areas of DD COLONY(AHOBHILMUTT TEMPLE AREA, SHIVAM ROAD)500013 And osmania university area i hope this inconvinience to em will be corrected soon and my contact no. is [protected] and im a very hopeful customer of tata docomo plz do something fast so that there is good network coverage in my locality(DD colony) and my email is:[protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]@yahoo.com i would be very happy i[censored] wud solve my problem

heya .users.plzzzz for god sake dnt go for docomo...mah place is PUNALUR in KOLLAm dist..n the range here iz damn bad...it really suckzz mahn.pllzzzz if possible look into this problem or users like me will be forced to chnge th enumber which does a lot bad your firm...sooo plzzzzzzzz improve your networkk...itz alredy lateee...i mean itz high time u hav to improveee...b a little more responsible docomo staffffff...n make it fasttt...

It is really waste to change to Tata docomo.. always network busy...
Day before yestarday I was in Train and called since from you morning to my family, because mother is not feeling good... TATA DOCOMO = NETWORK BUSY is appeared in every call will get frustrate by seeing that network busy ... Finally I asked another person which is AIRTEL and in single attempt I'm able to make call..
What Kind of service this people are providing DON'T KNOW if we call CUSTOMER CARE they are saying the NETWORK problem. Understand 1 thing you are not giving the ROCKET SCIENCE to US.
really one thing is sure that only 1 equation is fit for DOCOMO i.e NETWORK BUSY =TATA DOCOMO

docomo network is very poor.. I waited for more than 3 months.. now planning to move to vodafone 1p/sec plan as the plan is same what we have in docomo..

l thought network problem was in my area only. But after reading so many complaints l came to know that whole INDIA is facing the network problem in tata docomo. So better l will show TATA to tata docomo before all my hairs fall down for making a single call inside my house.

Problems::
POOR coverage outdoors,
NO coverage indoors,
NO coverage outside city limits, not even on the outskirts of the city(areas like khadakwasla, etc)
POOR voice quality,
CALL DROP,

1st BIGGEST PROBLEM
whenever i make or receive a call, i get the message-OPERATOR HAS NOT PROVIDED ENCRIPTION,
I was an airtel customer for 8 yrs, even they had encription 8 yrs ago. why can't TATA DOCOMO?
This means my call can be intercepted by any one with some technical knowledge.


2nd BIGGEST PROBLEM::
my number starts with the digits 808, so whenever my friends call me, they get a message-number does not exist OR number is switched off.

VERY POOR SERVICE/COVERAGE
TATA DOCOMO sucks big time..planning to switch over to good ol Airtel soon.

I hav bought docomo sim 3 weeks back.
I hav made almost 15 calls so far..
But i could complete only one call among those 15 calls...
Everytime it gets blockd bcoz of the poor range...
Manytime i hav 2 wait for 10-20 minutes to make a single call bcoz of this poor network...
Pls take immediate action or otherwise as many of ma frends did, i too wil have to go 4 another connection...

Tata docomo worst in network even after complaining . not taking any action of customer care service maker . complaining from last 6 months not having network in the city like pune (chinchwad). The network of docomo is of this type. the entry in home or office will disapper of network stop working in midddle of communication with other person . but cuts of the talk time in regular basis after call gets over without any loss with extra 2 paise more . this means the tata docomo have the network only for cutting of the talk time with the profit of extra 2 paise more with a kind loss of customer.

I recently brought tata docomo connection by assuming of the brand name "tata", but i am having worst experience. I am in the centre of Hyderabad SR Nagar area. Signal Strength is pathetic at my residence area. I am sure, all the neighbors in this area are already having night mares. one can observe, Signal strength is dancing consistently. One can not make calls, nor any one can hear properly. Always get "connection error", and the calls get disconnected. Called up customer service guy 3 times, even he can not hear my voice clearly and after speaking to peak of my voice, he offered routine dialogues " please set your connection manually" "there is outage in your area give us 2 days time". Of course every time i call customer service, i hear the same . I started doubting their abilities as trusted network provider, since if this is the case in Metro city, what about other places ?. Well, being said my experiences, I would like to see for a another week maximum, if service does not improve, say "enough is enough. " and return this piece of sim card.

Purchased a prepaid docomo SIM couple of days back. I live in Kodihalli, Bangalore and network coverage is horrible. Even when i come out and contact customer service the call gets disconnected within 5-10 secs..

Think i made a wrong decision.

i have tata docomo sim card. i m satisfied with services of tata docomo. It is doind etremely well, there is no any network oproblem till i m using it. the plans are very purposefull towards consumers.
i m happy with using tata docomo.

I purchased Tata Docomo sim 15 days back. Network is very poor and always in emergency condition.
