i bought tata docomo 3g one month back, after three days they cut the service due to some reasons.
till now i dint get the connection, the service is very very very bad. dont buy tata docomo 3g data card. i know how much iam suffering.till now i dont get the connection. no one is ready to help me. the customer service people are really people. i hope if i put this someone will haelp me.my no is [protected].
i suggest u people go for MTS thats good one. very third class service all tata people are .please dont buy tata docomo 3g data card.

10 days back I logged a complaint that my gprs has been activated and I want to deactivate my services. Although I got a message of deactivation but still my balance is deducting after every 30 mins without any usage. I complainted to their technical people and mailed them (complaint no. 297620) but still I did not get any response from them and still my balance is deducting on daily basis. I pleaded the executives to kindly take my problem seriously as I am on roaming but it seems they are much more busy with some other work. Lastly I am logging a complaint against and I want the compensation for incovinience I carried due to company. Yeah!You all are right.I am using TATA DOCOMO for the lst 8months i too have the same problem no signal i have contacted cust, care and they too replied that they will make it ok..but till ow no improvement my no:[protected]

I recently switched to DOCOMO from Airtel, taken over by their marketing hype. BIG MISTAKE! There is NO SIGNAL inside my office (Bagmane Tech Park - heavily populated corporate zone) and in my house (G M Palya). I now have to rely on my other mobile, on which thankfully I still have Airtel.
DOCOMO pricing is really cheap. But what makes it even more cheaper is that because of no signal, you are unable to make any calls, thereby saving even more. In the last week, I have only spent about Rs 10 on my mobile. My usual expense was about Rs 150 in a week on mobile. Great savings, isn't it!
I also went for their 2G connection. They charged the fee upfront. But because of no signal, I am unable to use it most of the time. This is nothing but plain cheating.

I purchased a TATA DOCOMO sim yesterday and I thought that there would be no signal issue in a city like Bangalore. But the signal is nil indoor and outdoor its worst though it shows full signal.

I am from Thanjavur-Tamilnadu.Tata docomo signal is very weak i unable to access my usb tata docomo dongle in my area.Also in my mobile also i am not getting proper signal.Pls try to provide good signal in my area.Other networks are working because every network having towers except tata docomo in my area.If i put docomo sim aircel tower is coming so my internet is very slow because of aircel signal.

I have a tatadocomo Sim. Since 4 days now there isnt any network. Service centre says there is a switch problem. In todays era resoving a switch problem shouldnt take so long or then you are not in the market a correct fit.
I need the resolution asap or else I am not left with any choise than changing the sim to BSNL or any other good provider.

i bought a new sim on tata docomo using net for my study purpose but i didn't get signal properly please improve
I bought Tata Docomo 3G Sim with the 3G data plan. When the my Sim got activated and the 3g service got activated only i got the consistant for an hour after that the range drops in every 15-20 mins and resumes after an hours. since my mobile is dual sim i tried to change the position but all in vain. Is the range is really a problem in Pune. My no.is [protected]. Please do some thing and resolve my problem.
The day I have to attend really important phone calls, my STUPID docomo runs out of signal. Never been THIS frustrated in my life! Dont know why I shifted to this network. Most Poor Network!
in tata docomo while call forwarding a "unexpected network error" pop comes i talked to the customer care after a long waiting i fortunately connected to him and told the story he said its your phone problem and give me an alternate solution that choose the network manually and restart but no outcome error is same as it is.
and he saying it is due to the circle problem so try it in home circle so its mean whenever i need to forward my call i used to go first to my home circle and than forward.
