I am using tata docomo gsm prepaid card no.[protected]. i live in pune. sir since 20 aug 2009
there is no network coverage in my place. i had tried to contact costumer care center but it is not possible to contact them. i have submitted my voter id as required document along with passport size photo. please help me to solve this problem.

i have been using tata docomo since july 2009.The issue i am facing is not at all getting network in my room, i have already filed a complient in consumer care. i cannot receive and make calls and i am really feel bad about this.

    I bought a prepaid sim on the 19/08/09 and since the past 24 hrs I have absolutely no network coverage on my mobile. I called the customer care and had to wait for 20mins just to get connected to a advisor who told me that due to network congestion I have no network coverage on my mobile and when I asked him when will this issue be sorted he didnt have any answer and couldnt help me with any details so as to which are the areas affected, he promised a call back which I never got. TATA Docomo service is completely pathetic and I never expected this from TATA. <B> SHAME ON YOU TATA <B>

    Same thing happened to me too...I bought the postpaid SIM yesterday (I am using it in New Bombay), there is no network connectivity, it shows up for a minute & disappears quickly; I haven't been able to make a single call yet. Its frustrating.

    But I do have a faith in TATA...& I'm hoping that they will resolve it soon.

    Tata Docomo — Network Problem Not sorted out from last 1 month

    Hello Team,

    There is a issue with Tata Docomo Network (Cell No. [protected]) at my residence at PuneI am not getting even single network bar @ my home.

    I have registered complaints more than 5 times with customer care @ 121 for this issue, but every time I am getting answer as your issue is been sorted out and it is closed. I am finding very poor feedback now as there is no proper service provided to me.

    Please note that I am working with corporate and no cell connectivity can harm my currier. Hence requesting you to please sort tout this issue on priority.

    I started using Tata docomo since yesterday.
    took me 1 week and onstant calls to the sales guy to get it activated. and when i switched it on for first time in my home, there was huge network fluctuations. I had to stand and lean out of the window to make a proper conversation. i was reminded of good old days when We used to face such issues.
    I stay in Kulupwadi Borivali E.
    Today morning when coming to my office in Powai, I faced network drops on the flyover between Times Of India and Oberoi mall on Western Express Highway. And Inside my office in Powai also I dont get constant network coverage.

    I know that it is a new network, and will take time to ramp up and reach stability, but as far as I am concerned, being connected is most important for me. Guess I will go back to my old number.

    I was really hoping that Tata Docomo would be good... But alas!!!

    Hey TATA DOCOMO!, why are u not learning from your past experiences and repeating history once again?? when you initially started the CDMA, TATA INDICOM, you had the same problem with NETWORK! and hence Reliance took the piece of pie! NOW though having such a competitive market, you still plan to create a blunder!? why TATA why!...people all over India respect and trust your brand and call it "The Brand For The Common Man"...why do you want that to change even after you die??... and now i learn that you are looking for your successor, who will not be an Indian! ... what was the need for huge acquisitions in the previous years? you could have been more inclined to invest that for the betterment of our country...as you have always done!

    without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
    marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just

    dear sir i am using 2 connections of tata docomo from last 5-6 months & i am having network problem from the begining.i have complained so many times bt no action is taken.i also having the problem of no contact from others.i am not getting the calls and the messeges from last 7 days & i have alredy lounched a complaint against that in tata docomo & the complaint no. is MWK09461296.plz can anyone help me out of this.

    I bought a Tata DOCOMO connection in Jan, 2010.The advertising campaign is very good but the network is very poor in Juhu, Mumbai. The signal is very bad...comes and goes so calling is also difficult...not to mention call drops.
    Also the customer care service is slow...long waiting time to reach representative etc
    Pls address these issues as fast as possible..What is the use of 1p/s, Buddynet if no network!!

    this is to Tata Docomo

    the worst network i ever used

    problem i faced in few weeks

    1) When I call someone get error message saying Connection Error
    solution: had to turn off my phone and switched again and again when its strikes
    means 100 times in a day

    2) No network coverage whole bar invisible sometimes
    solution: have to remove the sim card rub it and placed it again then its works

    3) i talked for 60sec shown in my call summary and money deducted 62paise
    solution: tata docomo cheats on tariff plans

    4) WAP/GPRS Browsing Slow In day time
    solution : only works very well in night

    5) Text message Issue even changed the sms center nos still the same
    solution : didn't got any

    so guys can you help me out bcoz im fed of your so called service of tata docomo its better wasting your money on advertisement spend something on your network Infrastructure and please don't give us excuse about time to build up ur network why u came when u didn't had capability to handle a service when people depend on your network

    As per me Tata Indicom is a best network and service provider but Docomo is Simply spoiling the name of Tata..
    I used Tata CDMA b4...It gave me a best service ever.
    Later on i Switched to Virgin Mobile just bcoz its Tata's brand... I was happy with it very much...

    When now i using a GSM Phone and a Docomo's network...
    Its simply irritating...No network at all when m home...I called customer care several times for this...but no improvement...

    NEC — Poor Network and Call Drops

    You are happy to help but your customers are not happy because they are not getting help from your side.On repeatedly making complaints against your poor network service, absolutely no solution is provided. We are having corporate SIMs and our office is on main road bistupur and still we are facing such problems from right beginning.

    Tata Docomo — very low network connectivity

    sir/madam, i have been using docomo sim for the last 2 months almost.. since the 1st day of activ ation,. i've been experiencing severe network issues and unable to make or recieve calls,. the calls do not usually last more than 15 secs.. i feel irritated and angry upon the service provider..

    i live in the heart of kammanahalli town and even then i'm experiencing these sort of severe network problems... pls do something rearding this matter..
    I am facing the same issue what Shaikh Abdul Fatah facing point 1, 2 and 4 are true in my case. I am ttalking about Pune Kharadi network.
    I am facing No network coverage after that Sim Card registration failed issues. I have taken tata docomo one month ago and i submitted all documents including "NOC". Now I am facing this issue sice morning. This is really very poor service without intimating……..

    i don't know about mumbai, but in kolkata tata docomo launched almost a year back and still the network is quite poor in kolkata. at home there is no network. it seems that the signal cannot penetrate barriers like walls when new operators in kolkata like idea and uninor is providing better service !
    the worst part is that i had made several complaints thru email and by phone. they keep on giving resolution dates but these dates never work and they keep on postponing ! the cc team has always the same excuse that its a new network, give it sometime...its almost a year man..u have launched in kolkata on 6th sept 09 and still u need time !

    I, S.Choudhury from Kolkata circle. My DOCOMO no is [protected]. In our residence, there have call connectivity problem, network fluctuation and internet access problem. Several times I complained to cus.care. Till last week they assured me that they are installing new tower in our locality but yesterday they saying no work has been started and they don't know when it will be solved. If this type of worst service continues in this competitive market, then tata docomo will be washed out from market.. I am waiting from almost one year for the solution, but still now, the service is worst...will it be solved? Or I have to change my number?

    I jsut wanna know whether it will be a good idea to switch from Airtel to Tata Docomo. I reside in Ambernath(Dist:- Thane) and come to office in Andheri Seepz Area. I came to know from my friends that the network coverage of Docomo in Mumbai suburbs is very poor. But I want to get rid of my current service operator Airtel to some other services. So Guys, please suggest me regarding this.Also, I am looking for an operator that has an better WAP/GPRS connectivity and better network coverage in Andheri area.

    I am earlier user of vodafone celluler service i was having around six mobile number with vodafone. but after NUMBER PORTABILITY due to poor network and no good service from vodafone i portout all my six numbers to tata docomom but havok is even in tata docomo also there is no indoor network. Even after continues complints about the same neither the company is bother nor the frenchachy is bother. Initially till CONVERTING to tata docomo MR. RAHUL - cell.[protected] is just chessing the orders up to the PORTOUT once its ported out to tata docomo now he is not even pickuping the cell they are just intersted in collecting the chq from client then they are least bother whether client is having any problem or network. OTHER TATA DOCOMO frenchachy head Mr. kashid - cell [protected] is telling we could not do for the same ( ie. indooor / outdoor network problem) the service is so third class that its my sttong recommendation NO ONE SHULD GO FOR TATA DOCOMO TELECOM SERVICE please treate this as serious matter and make everyone awre of the same.

    THE big problem is that i dont have any option other than waiting for another two and half months because as per TRAI you can not portout number before the three months. now i just buy onother number and diverted ALL six number on that number but for that i need to pay for every incomming call on all six number this riducluous even TRAI HAS to safe gauard for customer.

    Really tata docomo is not at any level to compare against Vodafone, Airtel..
    Till now it was problem while calling, now the caller is also saying Tata Docomo network is too busy to pass on a call. This happens specially when u r on roaming.

    This is ridiculous, how can such things happen.

    Now, only option is MNP.. I would suggest all the guys to change to a better service provider...

    Tata Docomo will never ever be in top notch service providers..

    I'm from Mangalore Karnataka. I bought my Docomo Sim card in July 2009. From past 4 years i experienced 8 times same problem. For whole day, from mangalore to Udupi there was no network if there is network call wont come or go. I faced this problem yesterday too. I had to get my job offer call yesterday today when i called them i found that my post was terminated to other guy. So it is u tata docomo responsible. :( This is a serious problem work on it Docomo. No matter for me i'm going to Port my Number. But poor Docomo subscribers may face this problem in future too.
    I changed to Tata Docomo connection for 3 numbers. The three numbers were from Idea, Airtel and Reliance through MNP. After doing that I found that I made a big mistake as the signal in Vikhroli in Capgemini office is NIL. It is totally unusable... can I get any resolution. If not I have to again go back to older connection. I know that I have to pay some money for it...so be it, if the problem is not solved
    These all complaints and -ve reviews are absolutely true. I have been using TD connection for past couple of years but despite complaining about network issues and connectivity issues, its still the same. How pathetic job is done form TATA. TATA has the image of quality with their products but this time they have ruined it themselves. False commitments, lack of attentiveness, not resolving network issues are all the examples that they are no more dignified service providers. I am now going take my revenge. I will be making my colleagues and friends to change their service to other service "Reliable" providers. Not only that wherever possible, I will write my reviews which people will read and change their decision to use TD anymore. I think cutting down their customer base as much as possible is the only way to make them pay for their mistakes and ignorance.
    Hello ...I have been facing connectivity issues since past 15 days n not solution as yet..disappointing...will be closing down account if its not solved soon...
    I ported from Airtel to Tata docomo last week. now I feel i have made a big mistake. there is very poor network especially at my office in Whitefield near vydehi circle. i dont get calls, internet connection is not there... my number - [protected].

    faulty billing and they also accessed my personal calling records and called up my relatives, friends and family members just because i was late by a week to make payment of the postpaid, they literally harrassed my associates and sabotaged my social reputation telling them that i did not pay the bill, i dont think this is ethical practice by this company.

    i am a lawyer myself and i have lodged a case in consumer court against the company for--
    1. harrassing my associates
    2. sabotaging my social reputation
    3. accessing my personal calling records without my permission

        Dear Sir,

        I, Amit Agarwal, S/o- Krishan Agarwal, resident of daily market, rourkela. My problem is very genuine. I took a SIM Card bearing No.[protected] from rourkela distributor, 10 days back. Earlier my connection was ok for 3 to 4 days and i really satisfied their service. But unfortunately, i am very sad to inform you that my connection has been outgoing calls for the last 4-5 days. Customer care service and my retailer/distributor didnt bother to call me at least once. I spoke to customer care many times but the result being NIL. I had submitted all my requisite documents to my retailer twice. I had been suffering because of their negligence. I am being forced to approach to customer court by staff/retailer/distribution of TATA DOCOMO. I am unaware of what kind of document they want from me. I had submitted by a copy of Driving Licence, as per their requirement. Sir, Kindly do some needful job and make me sure that my connection will be ok with immediate effect.         Dear Sir,

        I am KB Singh, combatant member of Indian Air Force and good customer of TATA DOCOMO. My problem is very genuine. I took a SIM Card bearing No. [protected] from Mastro Fone, Pattom, Tvm -31, 25 days back. Earlier my connection was ok for 3 to 4 days and i really satisfied their service. But unfortunately, i am very sad to inform you that my connection has been barred both incoming and outgoing calls for the last 17 to 18 days. Customer care service and my retailer/distributor didnt bother to call me at least once. I spoke to customer care many times but the result being NIL. I had submitted all my requisite documents to my retailer twice. I had been suffering because of their negligence. I am being forced to approach to customer court by staff/retailer/distribution of TATA DOCOMO. I am unaware of what kind of document they want from me. I had submitted by a copy of Driving Licence, PAN Card, 02 recent passport size photographs, Local address and Permanent Add proof certificate signed by Senior Officer in cheif Administration of Defence Establishment.         I am Sudesh N D. I took my connection on 2nd july from chennai with connection number [protected]. I was quite happy with the offers available but in the last few days i noticed an appreciable decrease in my balance even without making calls.Now i am back home at calicut.I called the dealer at Triplicane who gave another number of your company personnel whose number is [protected], but the call was not being attended despite several attempts.

          I am a resident of East Tambaram, Chennai and I recently bought a tata docomo connection but since then I am not able to make any calls properly as the signal is very very poor and the call gets disconnected most of the time. Also most of the time my mobile displays "Emergency calls only" and I am not even able to contact the customer care. Because of this, I had to switch back to my existing Aircel connection.

          We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We will resolve your problem as soon as possible. We require you contact number to log network issue. We are also sorry for the Customer care problem. We received overwhelming response from our customer due to which we initially faced congestion problems.           Day by day the signals of Docomo are going week. Even in the areas like Tarnaka, OU, Habsiguda there are no signals. And several times the messages gets failled.

          Even the calls get disconnected. Customer care never gets connected. 121 is useless. After trying atleast 100 times once i spoke to them.

          The authorities should take necessary action or else how the demand raised in begining in the same way people wil throw the sims

          my name is saifullah and i have being using tata docomo since 1 month, and there are so many problems in the connection there is no network in my house or my office morever my outgoing calls were banned before i get my bill, the major problem is that when i got a bill for 1095rs tata docomo has sent a person to my home several times and that person is so arrogant he is harrassing me like anything so i request the concern person to give me an explanation on sending a person to my house and why that person is harrasing me to pay the bill before my bill date.
          I got this connection from DoCoMo a month ago and have been cursing myself almost everyday for replacing this number as my corporate number henceforth. The signal problem is pathetic and believe me when I say this, "I don't get proper signal even at prime places in Chennai like Elliot's Beach at Besant Nagar. To worsen things I am totally cut off once I reach my home @ Kelambakkam. I have had to reactivate my old number and tender an apology to all my clients and recirculate this to all of my contacts. It has been a harrowing experience. The only reply I get when I try and lodge a complaint is to wait for another 2 months.

            I am not clear why my address verification was negative? After this I have requested for the revivification but my outgoing is barred without any notification. I am working as a Sales Manager with Dell since last 5 years. I can provide my all the document Ration Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card etc . But all are at my native address at Kolkata. I have provided the lease agreement along with copy electricity bill as address verification document along with copy of PAN Card and I can provide my existing Vodaphone CUG connection bill which is at the current residence address as well.

            i took docomo sim from mobile store and provided all documents to the executive, which he was working with mobile store kalyani nagar pune.
            few days i used and recharged more talk time and opted for 3g internet etc and next day, they sent a message stating that my verification is negative. and ask to submit again. NO PROPER response from mobile store and they are arrogant with me telling that go and submit your docs in docomo office. i met few more guys there having same problem with different mobile operators and mobile store.

            i called up docomo CCare and requested them to send back my existing documents to the same address mentioned so that i will consider my documents are not used for fraud purposes. they said they wont. and the CCare executive told me that her manager will talk to me in the same call, i waited 20 minutes holding my mobile but no body took that call.

              Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

              TATA Indicom — Mobile not activated after 3 weeks and mobile not working properly

              I purchased a new mobile and a new SIM (connection) from Chamundi Puram stores in Mysore on 27th of August 2008 and it is not still activated. (on the evening of 16 SEP 2008)

              On 5th of Sep 2008 they (your store operator) had asked for a fresh set of requisite documents again saying that there was a document missing.

              More over the mobile set is not operating at all the way it should before activation. The specific problem with the hand set (please see the details below) is it doesn't charge. When I try to charge it, it wrongly says the battery is full.

              I have deep regrets to say that the store operators are misbehaving when I contact them regarding activation. They say it is not their duty to do it. They are not ready to guide me what to do. Regarding the handset charging problem, they say I must have fallen it rudely.

              Vodafone — Registration delay and zero response

              I have registered two new connections with Vodafone in Alappuzha, Kerala.on 12th May 2009 at 11:45 AM. but till now the SIM is showing unregistered SIM. hence I contacted the office more than 6 times. but they are not responsing to the error correctly. and are suggesting to take a new number.               Relaince CDMA problem — Reliance CDMA has always congestion problem due to a lot of free facility

              I m using Reliance CDMA No but never connected at evening time alway tells this root is busy but another telecom company like airtel has soon connected .

              Your network is the worst.I have raised one compalint.Your stupid network team closed it twice.Then after trying like a million times I got through to your non existant customer care!!!They also suck big time.Again I raised a new complaint for network issues.I have to use the web both times.Its almost two months.I got a vodafone and finally have peace of mind.Your plans are cheap but your customer service and network planning is the cheapest.I wont recommend anyone to go for docomo even if the everything is for free.               You are good for nothing. From the day one i am suffering like anything. Nohing is working with docomo. i am begging for help, but there is no way to contact CC. The call never goes. Leaving all your work if you try for billion of times it may connect to CC but it ll last for only 5 seconds. The netwok quality is worst. Not only network if we take any technical point into consideration nothing is supportive with docomo. If you want to contact your family member in case o[censored]rgency then its...GONE, Call never goes and you can never call to any number...your cell will display Call ended. or it ll ring for 2 times then beep beep...disconnect.
              I urge people pls do not get attracted about this stupid 1ps/1sec concept...I am telling really you will lose your peace of mind.
              TATA DOCOMO- pls get lost from the market, make your infracture usable and technically equiped to compete with other providers and come to market to serve people.
              All the complaints are 100% true. I think i am in HELL after i took Tata Docomo postpain connection. Nothing is organised. The network connection sucks. I am trying billion of times to customer care the call never goes, if goes it drops after 2 seconds. The call never last for a minute. Huge cross connections. Really in this generation having a communication cellular media like docomo is a curse to the human being. I am so frustrated.

              On 17th of August 2009I had accidently damaged my simcard and my phone when it was flushed in a public toilet and left it there. Thus i called the Docmo customer care at 121 and requested to disconnect the service. On 19th i approached Docomo office in Mangalore and requested a Sim replacement where they gave me a replacement form and asked me to bring a Dummy Sim from any mobile outlet along with the Address and ID proof and a passport snap. It was submitted on 20th morning 10.30 and i was assured to get reconnected within 3 hours and i was happy. However repeatedy calling the call centre i got connected on 21st afternoon and for my surprise, my out going call are barred as my address and ID proof has not reached bangalore office. After all it is not my fault. I am now thinking was it my biggest mistake going for a docomo connection with all these headaches? Calling the call center, will have the representative blaming the local office and going to the local office i'll fing the representative saying "we have submitted everything" now the activation should be done from Bangalore. So shall i throw the Sim in the trash? Any official can dial me on my hassle free BSNL on [protected].
              yes the above complaints are 100% true.. though the recharges/call cost are resonable.. what about the network ??? then ... i have never experienced such a situation with any network i used before ...
              i better suggest the Docomo team to overcome such drawback to have a better future ... if not possible... get out of the business...

              Worst customer Service ever. It has been 4 days and the CC exec cannot locate the records on their system. I have activated the sms pack worth Rs.99 which allows me to send 909 local SMS free. However I am being charged for every SMS. When I call up to raise a complaint with the Customer Care they say that there are no records of my number on their systems. Till date there hasn't been any resolution.
              One of the worst services possible...don't fall for the cheap pricing...many a times your call is picked up but you don't get to hear anything...or you hear the voice from the other side but the other side can't hear you...so you have to make multiple calls and ultimately end up spending the same amount...

              Moreover since this morning sms+local calls both are not going...they say "this facility is not available"

              The height of lunacy is...when I call 121, it says "This facility is not available...Please call 121"...

              I know there is one guy from Docomo who replies to complaints...I understand it is his job...but I would like to tell him that there is no point...Please ask your Bosses to wake up...The entire service seems to have been designed by low IQ people...I din't expect such stupidity from the Tata's...I think we should start a social media campaign against Docomo & kill the service before it irritates more people...
              As far as my experience goes, initially the network was good. Now it is really bad. I've to go to first floor to make outgoing calls. No incoming calls at all. I have always had a Vodafone primary number which works really well.
              A very strong word of caution to everybody - You cannot rely on Tata Docomo. It will let you down. What is the use of offering 1ps/1sec without any network?
              The point my friends is not to blame TATA for these frustrating experiences. The blame lies entirely with the telecom ministry and the inept people staffed to run it.

              The government (party regardless) is always so busy sucking TATA's and RELIANCE's dicks for everything they want, that issuing them a license to run a mobile service was no big deal.

              It didnt really matter whether TATA had the chops to live up to the competition.

              I don't think that their business model even calls for them to be a long term service provider.

              I think they just needed to create enough hype to get bozos like us to buy into the idea of their wonderful service and shell out 50 bucks for a SIM card and 200 bucks for a recharge thats not even full talktime.

              I am suffering too from TATA DOCOMO..I am based at Pune.. it is simple way what they are giving customers. .if you throw peanuts you will get monkeys. .their 1 paisa plan attracted all monkeys and now we are getting peanuts from them. TATAs should wake up and solve the issue rather regretting and justifying that they had a tremendous response in the market because of their scheme.. they should not have sold SIM cards when their towers are not in position to handle calls. and the same goes with their customer care centre. one has to call repeatedly 121 to get someone who who again chew your brain rather solving the problems. the staff are uneducated who are recruited in their call centers, probably at a very cheaper rate as the call rates offered to customers. I too got wooed with 1 sec billing and now suffering at their hands as i had cancelled my previous airtel no. Shame! shame!

              Hi, this is soumik from kolkata. I am going to share with you a worst customer service experience from TATA DOCOMO. 4 days ago i called to TATA docomo number for a postpaid connection. I also Write a mail to them. They had fixed an appointment with me on that day within 6 P.M. Nobody came to me on that day. Next day again i gave them a call and again they fixed an appointment with me within 5 P.M. Again nobody turned to me. Then i called them they told me lie that the executive is on his way but unfortunately nobody comes. I write a mail. They replied me that they tried to contact me but they cant contact me which is again a lie. The next day again i called they replied that this time they will come on the same day within 4 P.M. Nobody comes again. At last i had taken a postpaid connection from some other company. This is my experience with TATA DOCOMO. This is the customer service of a company while giving a connection so what will be there service after taking the connection. So my friend please be aware of taking a new connection from TATA DOCOMO.
              I am another sufferer of Tata Docomo. The Tata docomo executive has mis guided us with the plan. They call us saying that since I got tata Photon connection, there are special plan. Later, I realized that the promise given by the executive are all . I have to pay high monthly rental. When I called the customer care they want the executive name and number. I think I have to save each and every call now. Now I want to deactivate this number. I have to go through a long procedure. Something not expected from TATA. They also became one of service provider in the market who can do anything to sell their product. We all have high respect for you. This was not expected from you Mr Ratan Tata.

              I will prefer to sat tata (bye bye) to tata docomo.
              DOCOMO is a worthless, most advertised Mobile Service amongst all Services in MP.
              This is service situation by TATA Docomo. I lost my mobile in chennai and at once i called up the customer service and ask them to block my card from usage further. They said it will be done within next 3 hrs.

              After 3 days, someone tried to make calls from the same sim which i blocked. surprisingly he called to one of my frens and disconnected the call.

              Is ther any possibility of recovering my mobile. If there is any just advise me further.

              the tata docomo network is the suckiest network in the india telecom market. REALLY!
              the line just drops while you are talking to someone. then when you call the customer service, some miss india world rambles on for 5 minutes before you can listen to the options so that you can finally navigate to the option where you can report a complaint. after that, the "customer service" executive asks you a zillion questions, some of which are obvious, others irrelevant, and yet others plain irritating. The response of the customer service executives is slower than that of zombies. I have no hopes for this brand, and i am stuck with this brand and i am going to switch to another brand as soon as i can. Sorry to say, but tata docomo sucks more than a black hole !

              Tata Photon — Horrible piece of shit, very very dead slow

              i have a tata photon, for the last two months..and its has got the worst speed and 90 % of times the device does not detect. this is a horrible piece of .

              Please never take this crap.
              If you are planning to take Tata Photon, I strongly recommend you check and ensure you have about an hours time everyday to call the centre to make sure that the Photon is accessible for the rest of the 23 hours (not disconnected by the Photon guys). Then also there is no gaurantee it will work nothing can be 100% rite :)

              I had purchased TATA indicom photon plus dial up connection but they are unable to activate the service from last three days . I had never used TATA product and life time never going to use TATA product . Reliance is far far better than TATA as per me . I suggest all people to please go to MTS broadband connection or BSNL broadband connection . Never go for TATA ...some time doesn't matters . Service only play a role .

              I am using your Virgin Mobile from 1 year 6 months, from the beginning the unnecessary messages coming to my cell and disturbed me in between call, so I have informed this fact to your customer care. Now the unnecessary messages appeared on the screen as some one pictures can you down load or some songs can you interest to down load. (Left side yes right side no) these messages are very frequently appears on the screen each 5 minutes and after some time disappear from the screen.

              In January 2010, Rs.10/- + Rs.30/- deducted from my balance without my knowledge and consent this fact immediately informed to your customer care people Mr. Aswiny Kumar, Bharath and Arthi, but no positive replay was received.

              These unnecessary messages / slides appear on the screen giving me very trouble mentally and physically. In addition, so much time was waste. Moreover, unnecessarily deducted Rs.30/- + Rs.10/- without my consent and knowledge. This is nothing but deficiency inefficiency and ineffective service.

              So I request you kindly credit my Rs.40/- to my account immediately other wise I will be no other option to take legal action against you and collect suitable compensation for mental and physical agony with expenditure also.

              Here I am spending ample time writing about the netowrk which i had to hate the most of all that i have used till now. Its none other than Tata Docomo that will fetch such a wonderful name from a customer for there incredible technology and screwed up customer service. I wish every customer that decides to buy a connection from Tata Docomo might get a chance to read this before they end up buying it. There have been many issues that i have listed below which someone should read because it is something that s/he have to live with if s/he buys a connection from Tata Docomo.

              Issues.
              1. Hero to Zero in just a fraction of a second: No matter you are on a call or if the mobile is free from calls, all of A sudden with no reason, the signal drops to zero and takes minimum of 5 mins or a restart of the mobile to recover. Of course the call disconnects if this happens in the middle of a call.

              2. Beware of talking personal stuff cos you might be overheard by someone else too: Someone calling you might be listening to a stranger talking to someone else, Yes, cross talk(first time i've experienced in my mobile usage). In this case, you will hear the caller tryig to talk to you till they realize the voice is not yours, but they wont hear you. This happens on an average of thrice in a week.

              3. Fluctuations made flexible: Apart from the signal dropping you will experience a terrible fluctuation in the network no matter where you are. In which case you wont be able to determine a location where you could wait for an incoming call or to continue your conversation or to make an outgoing call.

              4. No emergency calls: This is really an annoying issue that no mobile user can with stand, cos there is no person that will not use mobile when in an emergency situation, and 60% of the outgoind calls will either not connect you to the caller at the first attempt or will take 1-1.5 mins to connect. 1 or 1.5 mins is not an ordinary time or eeven normal on any other network.

              5. One more -tion and it is conjustion: I have always seen more failure messages in my sent items rather than sent messages cos of the terrible network and a strange fact that the outgoing message fails when there is an incoming message coming in. Well, if you are a frequent messager, there yoou go, if you send three messages at a time, only two of them are sent and one fails. If you are sending more than three.. sorry.. there are risks that you wont receieve cals for the next few mins.

              6. Alive yet dead: Your phone has full signal, but then people calling you will get a response from the IVR that you are in a not reachable area. This situation could last for 5 hours to the maximum. This is very common if you are a Tata Docomo user.

              7. I used to have a connection when Reliance had introduced mobile phones for just Rs 501 in which I can talk at high clarity even with one point of the signal, whereas in Tata Docomo, You need to have atleast 85%(Thats quite impossible) of signal to make a call or to send an sms.

              8. Customer care, Your customers need some extra care but you don care at all:
              Well, if you have to call the customer care very frequently if you use Docomo but you willl never be connected to them and even if you get connected, you will have some body promising you a solution in a particular time period but never will happen. For instance my first complaint
              of the signal dropping to zero was promised to be resolved in 90(What the hell!!) days, but it has been 214 days now and I had the issue even just 45 minutes ago.

              9. Last yet the best(worst!): I had sent an sms to my friend which actually got delivered more than 48 times and this happened consecutively for 10 more messages at a strecth and i was unable to send any other messages when the message was getting delievered multiple times. Called the customer care who promised a resolution in 24 hours(Never did though). This lasted for more than 4 days.


              I am not going to live with this for long but now i don have an option cos i spread my number in my business circle, but then if you are going to buy Tata Docomo, please reconsider because these experiences of mine are terrible when experienced rather than in just words.

              TATA Indicom — not removing the VAS called so many times

              i am darshan a docomo customer, and i am very sad to say you that the services provided by your representatives are very bad. Very often they dont know the offers which are received by me through SMS from docomo. And due to wrong information from the representatives i had to claim refund 3 to 4 times from docomo and being a valuable customer of yours this makes me so much worried. Another thing i want to telll is about the signal its too weak while comparing with other competitors.
              what do your company think are we a fool... whenever i place any complaint on customer care they cut call after hearing whole story then when i redial there is another executive to repeat the same..
              and worst is that on 30 dec 2010 i received call from docomo about an offer of caller tunes for 4 months of Rs 50/- which i don't want to take, so i said them no for it next day i found that my phone has caller tune service activated after that when i call on 121 executive said me that problem will be resolved after that they do something that my call fails again and again when i try to dial 121.when i tried to place my complaint from my friends phone they heard all things and said "ab lag hi gaya hai to fir use kar lijiye" i said him to just stop that service and return my balance and he gave me complaint no.               Tata Docomo — Needs to make services available through their website

              I have been a subscriber of Tata DOCOMO almost since the time their launched their services in Mumbai. While I have got reasonably good response to service requests through their Helpline, I wish they could make certain services, like change of Tariff Plan, adding/removing Add-ons, etc. through their website as well. This is because, often the Customer Care is not fully aware of their new promotional offers or doesn't have a good understanding of their own service offerings. It would help net-savvy subscribers to understand and opt for additional services through their website, which also promotes transparent business practices. Though I have been a subscriber for over an year, I have noticed that the Tata DOCOMO website has hardly undergone any changes to make it more intuitive, or give more options to subscribers to evaluate services. I hope someone from the company reads this and looks into this which am sure will benefit scores of other subscribers of Tata DOCOMO as well.

              Tata Docomo — service facility

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              Good Morning,
              I am an user of Tata Indicom Service provider(Mobile No. is [protected]). I lost my mobile on 31st jan'11. I just called the service center to block my SIM, they have logged my complain and requesting to submit the documents as i requested for the same No. I have submitted the documents on 2nd feb'11 at Tata Indicom Shop (Mr. Amit, Contact No.[protected] in Kharangajhar, Telco colony, Telco, Jamshedpur. After the submitted the documents and payment of Rs 125/-, they have offered the Tata indicom SIM with same No. and a free SIM of Docomo- No. is [protected] (which i latter know that there is no any scheme for free Docomo SIM. They have chited me by this offer, which i didn't required). Also, The earlier lost SIM is blocked after 5 days from the date of complaint. I was mentally tortured as i have to go their place so many times and request to block the SIM immdiately and activate the new SIM. The Old one Indicom SIM is blocked, but new Indicom SIM is not activated, so again go and request for next 5 days to activate this SIM.
              During that period, i was using Docomo SIM under pressure of work because i have no any communication source. Next few days, i was using Docomo SIM before the outgoing facility is also blocked and it is not activated yet. They have demanding again new documents which i have submitted again ( i have already asked them for any documents at the time of offering this SIM on 2nd feb,11,but they don't need any documents). After the submitting the documents, the out going facility is not started yet.
              Now, I am worried misuse of the documents requesting so many times.

              So, I just want to put a Complain against Tata Indicom Service Provider for the following reasons:-
              1) Mentally disturbance
              2) Physical Harassment
              3) chitting
              4) Not providing the service on time (as SIM is blocked after 5 days of submitting the documents)
              5) Worried about the misuse of documents as they have demanding so many times.

              This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

              Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this???

              Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements.For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

              To make the website a" money making machine" huge number o[censored]nauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

              In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies's management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies's management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

              End of the day because of these forums many companies's business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses.These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

              Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn't have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn't worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

              In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

              Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being, every service and every organization. But it doesn't means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn't means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

              Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don't start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

              Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don't support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

              I am facing a lot of problems from Tata Docomo. The service has really become too bad. i hv been activated to the call me tunes which is an offer of 180 days for which i hv been deducted 120rs. when am not interested how can u activate any service to the customer. now i want the amount deducted i.e., 120rs to be refunded. everytime i call the customer care no one responds and no one gives proper service. and now we have a service of number portability so not only me but i have atleast 10 to 12 docomo connections in my house only. we can change are service provider in no time. you will soon loose all your customers.

              Absolutely, TATA DOCOMO Customer Service is so poor, it's a Shame...
              Docomo has the worst customer care. Once they told me some service will not be auto-renewed unless I visit a particular link and that even if it gets renewed by any chance than they will return the deducted amount. Yes it did get auto renewed without me even lifting a finger and when I called them back he says I have to deactivate the service on my own and no refund will be given. I mean you could have said that to me before ?? And in docomo services get activated without user consent and all that the customer care has to say is its activated from your side.Docomo connectivity is also wonderful in its own sense. The signal connects/disconnects zillion times to give you a broken experience!

Yesterday I recharged my account with balance of Rs. 55/. because I got an sms from tatadocomo & that was a scheme (55 per 55 balance for those customer who have completed 1 years service from tatadocomo) as per your sms I recharge my account with Rs. 55/. but at the end that was a kind of special recharge where I got 110 mins National call but I don't want this special voucher & when I called in your customer Care even they are not able to solve my problem but they suggest me to complaint on this site. Now please if you convert my special recharge in normal recharge & provide me balance of 55 per 55 as per your scheme so it is great-full for me. because retail blaming company & company blaming retail now where should I go Please solve the problem ASAP.               I am very dissappointed with your postpaid service. I got my airtel no ported to Docomo postpaid in the month of march . after using it for 15 days, I got a call from your office that the porting is rejected and they asked me to take a new sim with the same last 5digits no . within one day they came home and gave me a new sim and took 300Rs from me saying it will be deducted in the coming bills. the next day when I called customer care, they said that the old no is not rejected at all . then immediately I called the person who got me the sim and he told me that ha cant help me . then i called customer care and informed them .they said I had to go to head office . as my children had exams <i couldnt come . so I requested to do the needful on phone > they said ok and also said they will send some one to collect the sim and return the money . but no one came . then again I called and they they said that my request has been accepted but they cannot return the doccuments and it is in safe hands and they also said the amount will be sent within 45 days to my address.through post. but nothing such happend . instead I started getting bills every month >every month after getting bill I make no of calls explaining everytime they say my complaint has been accepted, I dont need to pay and every time since then the same thing is happenning . but last month your company person called me and said every thing is rectified and nothing to worry about it . this month again your company calls and tells my 2 months bill is pending and when I told him the whole thing . now he is telling that I had to mail to your company regarding cancellation . now we are wondring why was this not told earlier.               You must need to debit my money within next day otherwise i will definitely change my network i really disappoint on your service provider you must solve this problem on 18/08/2011 otherwise i put a case on your networks i have do it seriously.So, solve this problem on next day itself

                I bought TATA DOCOMO Sim Card One Week Before. It's very very worst. No one buy Tata Docomo Sim card.

                Service also very very worst. Even GPRS and Outgoing call not perform will even city's like Chennai and Coimbatore. My friend complaints same problem.

                I suggest no one buy TATA DOCOMO sim. It's my advice.

                  I am Diwakar kumar from trivandrum. I had taken a TATA Docomo GSM sim few days before and i had submitted my driving licence as a address & ID proof and for local address i had written my college's address in the back side of the xerox copy. One of my friend has also taken the same SIM from the same retailer and he has sumitted his driving licence as a proof. And his connection is ok. My complaint is why this is happening with the same service.

                  out of my two Tata docomo sims .One is working perfectly.Thank you.But i bought a sim and activated it on 27/08/09 and it's number is ''[protected]''.
                  Outgoing calls and sms are perfect.But it never attends incoming calls and sms from other networks like Vodafone and BSNL Landline.
                  It says ''it seems that you've dialled a wrong number and please check the number you've dialled''.
                  But the other sim with can attempt any outgoing and incoming calls.

                  This is Ajay Kumar Mulwani, I bought Tata docomo sim few days ago, submitted passport as the ID and Address proof. I just used it for 3 days after that they Barred my outgoing, when contacted they asked me to submit the documents again. I did the same, it has been 3 days now still there has not been any response from their side.

                    Hello,

                    This is to notify the higher authorities of Tata Docomo about the miscommunication of the staff members and failure in submitting the Identity Proof of the prepaid telecom subscribers.

                    I'm holding two prepaid connection of Tata Docomo with #'s [protected], [protected] ( Now Barred) which was purchased on 06th July 2009 from a local dealer named Malayil Communications, Parappanangadi, Malappuram District..

                    I had submitted my valid passport copy as identity proof for both connections. On 13/07/2009 I came to know that my outgoing calls have been barred due to failure in submitting the ID proof, So I personaly went to the local Dealer and reported about this issue. He said that it has been faxed to the concerned distributor for activation on 06/07/09. and they gave me the contact number of the Area Representative Mr.Suhail (+91 [protected]) for further Communication regarding this issue..

                    I contacted Suhail on 15/07/2009 and reported this issue then he said that there was a difficulty in submitting the ID proofs in time due to the unexpected sales.He promised me that this issue will be rectified within 2 days. On 17/07/09, I contacted him again and he informed me that all the issues are in process and will be solved within a day or two. He also gave me the contact number of Mr.Sudheer, Zonal Manager- Sales (+91 [protected]) to report about this issue; which I tried and saying that it is not reachable till date.

                    Today (22/07/09) i tried Suhail contact number which was diverted and IVR says that this facility is not available.

                    Due to this inconveinience i'm now using my brothers contact number for my personal use.Therefore I would like to request to the Concerned Department to rectify my issue and to contact me before I go for legal advise against this issue.

                      I HAD PURCHASED A INDICA VISTA CAR FROM PANDIT AUTO PUNE, (HIRA BAUG) ON DEC 2008 NAMED MUKESH PREMCHAND SHAH (MH 12 FF 974) I RECIEVED DAMAGED PARCTIAL TRAY WHICH WAS PROMISED TO BE REPLASED IN WRITTEN YET NOT CHANGED TILL DATE 26 JUNE 2009 7 MONTHS WHY DO U SELL VEHICLES WHOSE SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTHS PL. DONT PROMOTE WRONG CARS.

AT THE TIME OF 1ST FREE SERVICE THEY ASKED ME ABOUT 3M TEFLON COATING ON BODY OF CAR FOR SHINING & SCRATCH PROOFING SO I AGREED TO DONE IT ON MY CAR. AFTER COMPLETING TEFLON COATING THEY GIVE ME 3 FREE TEFLON COUPONS.

                        these TATA Motors r really cheats..
                        i took a new Punto from Tata Motors Trivandrum, Kerala, they told they will do teflon coating for my car and i paid for that..but instead of teflon coating what they did was they poloshed my car with some wax and that too it spreaded over the plastic on the hood and the whole thing now looks ugly...

                          Hello,

                          Train No 2257/2258 Yeswanthpur Kochuveli Train Schedule is absolutly wrong.

                          The day is to be changed in such a way that Friday and Saturday it should be leaving from bangalore(yeshwanthpur) and Saturday and Sunday it should be leaving from Kochuveli. Other one day you can put as your own convenience.

                          Also its dept time from yeswanthpur can be 8pm.

                          While return it should reach yeshwanthpur at 5AM- 6AM.

                          If you are making this schedule it will be helpful for Passengers and Profitable for Railway.

                          Expecting an action on this regard soon.

                            I LIKE TATA DOCOMO OFFERS REGARDING TALK TIME OFFERS. BUT I AM VERY DISPOINTED ABOUT IT'S NETWORK. WHEN I ENTERED IN MY OFFICE CABIN IT'S NETWORK TOTALLY GONE. FROM LAST 05 MONTHS I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM. IN MY CABIN VODAFONE, BPL,AIRCELL,RELIANCE NETWORK WORKING, BUT DOCOMO AND SOME OTHER NETWORKS TOTALLY GONE. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.                             I agree many time there is no network in my office building lift and on otherhand other network work fine
                            I had a good hope on tata docomo. And hence i ported my sim from airtel to docomo. Because airtel had a high rate of calling charges. But now I realise what I have done is wrong. Whereever I go the network remains nill. I stay in Mangalore. Ranging from damaskatte ( an place ) upto mijar, moodbidri.. There&#039;s no network. Incase of an emergency, what am I suppose to do? Im seriously fed up of you tata docomo. Thanks a lot for proving me your poor service.

                              I had booked a train ticket from New Delhi to Tata Nagar in Oriss s Krnti (2820) on 20 june 2008 but train was late by 17 hours so after talked to IRCTC office in new Delhi I took another train to Tata nagar.I have complained the same on 23 june 08, but I did not get my money(Rs. 417) back .I complained the same in IRCTC office new Delhi they told me that your fare will be refunded soon after this mail.I had complained the same on 8 & 9 July but I did not get refund.Lot of passangers are suffered from these types of problems.I have complained many times but nobody respond.
