Tata Docomo — deduction of amount 565.30rs , without intimation in few 2 or 3 minutes

We are extremely sorry to learn about your concern over balance depletion in your mobile number [protected] & sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

We would like to inform you that the charges of Rs 565.30 have been levied correctly on[protected] at 02:19 PM for DATA consumption for browsing excess DATA beyond your DATA pack limit, hence we are unable to refund any balance.

You have recharged with data pack of Rs 499 on[protected] where you have received 2 GB data for 60 days. Since you have consumed more than 2 GB, hence you have been charged from your main account balance at 10p/10KB.

We would like to inform you that if you have any queries or complaints regarding TATA DOCOMO then please mention your concern in your mail. Your concern will help us to provide you the best resolution at the earliest.

Kindly note that if you want your Prepaid deduction details then please type PREPAIDBILL<space>email id and send it to 121 (toll free). The bill will charge you Rs.25/-. You will get your prepaid call details in your mail inbox.

my self tank tejas v currently at Ahmadabad and working with mnc company
here, also a customer of tata docomo having mob no [protected] AND a new
customer of docomo,

i recently purchase tata service in this month and very much dissatisfy
with customer care service, i also realize that they are not able to
resolve customer problems and issue and as well as not have any
authority and poor knowledge and information

i have purchase docomo service in this month before few days and i have
done 2 top up (recharge) in this month

1)250rs when i have purchase card

2)499 with 2GB 3G DATA AND 500RS BALANCE

MY ISSUE

1 )customer executive and senior supervisors can`t NOTE complainant and
not give me any complainant no as well as, not give transaction id of
our call during them

like other service provider (reliance, Vodafone etc)

2) tata docomo company is deducting amount of hundred of RS. without
intimation and none of the reasons (its deduction of 565.30 rs without
any reasons by their own logic's today 07/09/13 at 2.19 p.m.)

i here request u sir to resolve my above 2 issue and also give me
complaint no of this mail or conformation of my complaint and
transaction id, hope u resolve my issue, because TATA is 100 year
company and name of trust

first of i completely disagree with your statement that i have consume more-then 2GB data and excess of it, when i see my balance is 0.09 then i go for check available data of my used pkg, KEY WORDS ARE *111*1#, i get pop up massage on my screen from your server is that my 3.74 MB data is balance out of 2GB( i check this 3.74 MB data more then 7 times by calling on *111*1# all all times show that u have balance data 3.74 MB), this is also accepted by your customer executive i have 3.74 MB balance out of 2 GB mittal and other they also accept i have balance 3.74 MB

so, dont try to give me wrong massage, your server popup many times that my balnce data is 3.74 MB

give me refund or right information
