[Resolved] Tata Docomo — False message or false propaganda? | |||
I am docomo customer with num: [protected]. I got this message today morning at 10:24 am from TD-610445. The message says "Starting today, Enjoy 3G speed at 2G rates. Recharge with Rs.128 & Enjoy 1GB 3G data for 30 days. Exclusive offer only for you. Recharge now !". Since the recharge was not possible either at an agent nor on the website (many recharges are not reflcted online, such as the 750 rupees one for #GB unlimited plan, for which I always run to agent), I have contacted the customer care. The customer care says please ignore it as they do not have any such recharge plans. Can docomo clarify if this was a false message sent by a spammer or a false propaganda. As per the discussion over call, we would like to inform there is no such recharge of Rs. 128/- available, kindly ignore the message.
Further, regarding the recharge of Rs. 750/- we request you to recharge through EVD at any of your nearest Tata Docomo outlet.
