    Dear Sir, I am post paid customer of TATADOCOMO.I had opted for Tata Docomo through portablity in the month of May 2013 considering that it has got brand name and internet services are good (Mobile No [protected]).Ever since I got this TataDocomo there was issues with internet services.I had registered complain on customer care no 121 many time but no concerete solution was offered.Again I raised this issues with department time and again.I was assured that since I am not able to fully utilised my Internet pact of Rs.99 having 1.5GB data, I shall be refunded amount paid for it in previous month.Further I had word with your department that since I am not able to use internet facility due to weak signal, I should be given another plan.I was informed by tata docomo that I can use plan of Rs 50 having 500MB data.I had accepted this offer.However I came to know through subsequent bills that my internet plan was deactivated and no new plan was activated as agreed by tatadocomo.I was told to pay Rs.1500(Approximately).I think these are inordinate charges lavid to me.I had received a call from tatatocomo where in it was agreed that I have to pay Rs.545 in settlement.I said I will pay this amount but I want this statement in writting since I have been talkiing to tatadocomo about internet issues through call and nothing has been done.Further I am shocked and saden by the treatment of your customer care executives and their false promises.My outgoing services has been discontiued.I am having ailing father at home and he is lookafter by my wife.I am willing to port out again and settle the issue amicably. Further I have seen that My current bill for the month of Oct 13, which is around Rs.1500.How can this be so high when I am not using my no at all.I hubmly request you to look in to the matter.

But respected sir every telecom company send a message for warning that the usage will be finish... But this company don't send a message than how can we got that the usage is finish?         False message or false propaganda?

        I am docomo customer with num: [protected]. I got this message today morning at 10:24 am from TD-610445. The message says "Starting today, Enjoy 3G speed at 2G rates. Recharge with Rs.128 & Enjoy 1GB 3G data for 30 days. Exclusive offer only for you. Recharge now !". Since the recharge was not possible either at an agent nor on the website (many recharges are not reflcted online, such as the 750 rupees one for #GB unlimited...

        You guys have disappointed me big time... What the hell is wrong going on with you people... Do you guys don’t talk to each other??

        Yesterday night in process of something my connection go disconnected...

        I have called your awesome tele service[protected], where all genius sitting around. I told them what is wrong? They said I have not paid the bill hence my network is disconnected..
        Reason for that was my interned did not worked for more than a month. Hence I have requested for bill correction. So that month falls in between of billing date. They said pay half of the money only and later when next billing cycle comes I have to call again and do the rest of the bill correction next billing cycle... I agreed and I paid minimub amount required... which is told by your employee your service guys... I should trust them and I trusted...

        Today they said I have not paid money... which is totally insane and not acceptable at all. I was in so urgency that I did not have time to fight with that educated person on phone line... He said after two hour my internet will start functioning...

        It did not started... I called again and he said they said I have requested for cancellation request hence my internet is disconnected... THIS IS BIGGEST FRAUD I HAVE GOT FROM ANY COMPANY...

        I and myself has lost more than 10 lacks rupees due to your blunder and I could not work for an entire day. I have all necessary proofs and I am surely going to consume court for this biggest fraud ever...

        You were the guys who requested me not to cancel the request, please be with us sir.. And after 20 days how can you disconnect my request without informing me. I should have disconnected my connection that time itself. But I trusted you and that was my biggest mistake of my life.

        Now I want my connection to work today and if not give me the time when it can be working. I am goiong to fight at any cost with this blunder. And I don’t want to disconnect my service

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I was facing lot of problems with tata there connection at my home was just giving 44% signal on a complaint they sent a representative and said nothing can be done for this area. Initially the strength was good later on it was just 44%. When I asked to close the connection due to bad services they offered me plan of Rs650 instead of Rs950 and I used it till July. I was called up by one representative of tata who confirmed that from July onwards my Plan will be of Rs250 as paying Rs650 for such bad service was not wothwhile.

          I was shocked to see the bill that they have not changed my plan and demanding good amount in there bills. They kept on generating bills and have not closed connection despite of my several reminders. I agreed to pay Rs723 and they agreed to sent a representative who never cam to my home.

          Tata is not closing this connection as per me the Correct amount is just Rs1000 which I am ready to pay But company after giving several waiver offers is willing that I should give them 1500 which is absolutely Illegal.

          First they are not giving good service and than they are not closing connection and than doing overbilling.

            On 17/10/2013 i recharged my mobile with Rs.499 3G net pack.In this pack docomo provide Rs.500 main balance and 2GB net pack valid for 60 days.After recharging my balance was Rs.500.07 and 2GB net pack. In next morning i seen that i have been subscribed with another net pack and my balance is Rs.149.My Rs.351 was deducted from my balance for another net pack and my previous net pack was also vanished.
            so please help me as soon as possible.

            i am suffering from a problem of balance deduction while i have not using any extra service of tata docomo...after balance deduction when i try to contacting customer care..then no reasonable information have been provided to me...otherwise they have make the excusses of no system updation. And after few minutes,my customer care call barred.
            i was browsing a site....www.supermovies.in/ in previous night& trying to download a bollywood movie desi boys. I have not any click on advertise flash of exciting offer or games.... But i have got a text msg of balance deduction of 99/ rs.by tata docomo. While in msg,i was informed that i have downloaded a value pack of tata docomo. While i have not get any content & neither download anything. Although balance deduction???????but whyyyyy!?????? No answer on customer care officer...they have know only to say...''i hope u are satisfied with me!!!!'''
            I feel every time,when i have my no. With much rechargefull,company has deduct balance & make any unexpected excusses or not have sufficient information due system updation.....tata docomo company is fully fraud... No information,no cause,no confirmation, but only & only balance deduction

            plz help me sir. I am so troubled from balance deduction problem.

            Tata Docomo — Unwanted Balance deducted

            A value pack on TATA DOCOMO 3G life WAP service has been activated without my knowledge on my TATA DOCOMO number & Rs 50 was deducted from my account, while I was accessing internet. When I tried to stop that service today in the morning by sending the stop message to customer care another Rs 28 was deducted.
            When I want to stop this service why Rs 28 was deducted??? I want all this money back in my account & stop that service immediately.

On 25/02/2012 i activated GPRS package of Rs 65 and i received 2.5 GB data and on the same night i was using internet from my cell phone and when i checked my balance total Rs 57 have been deducted from my main balance and also some data balance aswell....so dear sir tatadocomo have took unwanted balance deduction of Rs 57 from my sim and i faced this kind of problem lots of time earlier. So iam requesting to tatadocomo company to plz refund my decution amount of Rs 57 as soon as possible. Otherwise im gonna take action against you and your company. And if i will not received my deduction amount by today or tommorow itself than i will definetly change my sim to idea..

            I have never ever seen a network like yours. It was my mistake switching from Airtel to Docomo. I must have been in Airtel itself. Now only I understand the value of Airtel after switching to Docomo. In 24 hours nearly 12 hours My mobile is un-rechable eventhough I'm in the Capital city Chennai. Thats another case. Now Im not new to mobiles, Im using mobile for more than 10 years. Now I was charged 130 rupees without my notice and when I called customer care they say I used GPRS. If I am to use Ill use it by activating 5 rupees pack or 17 rupees pack. More over I have wifi connection in my home and there is no use o[censored]sing your stupid GPRS connection and more over I have deleted your settings in my mobile at the time it reached my mobile. I can even show whatever proof you want for this. This is not fair to treat your customers this way. Please refund my money. If you have checked properly, then you will surely know that is your mistake and I have not used any GPRS or anything. Then why are you treating your customers like this. Please refund my amount.

            tata docomo mobile service provider deduct my balance again an again and when i call to costumer care they didn't receive my call and hold my call.
            and i don't know how made this rule that any costumer can call only once...after this no call will connected to care...

            My Tata Docomo Prepaid n. is [protected]. I use WiFi to surf internet from mobile.
            On 1st march 30 Rs deducted for Bolly subcripson without touching the mobile, I only turn WiFi on in my mobile and i am sure gprs was off in my mobile. Then after 1 minute i got deducted about 50 Rs.

            My balance became zero. Then i recharged my mobile with 250 Rs on 4th March.
            After some time i got deducted 99 Rs for PROMO Auto renewal automatically. I begged to customer care to return my amount.but still no luck.
            Tata Docomo complaint website is useless. It doesn, t allow to register a complain.
            Now i am waiting for my balance become zero and then throw away this Tata Docomo .

              Sir/ Madam, I was using tata docomo photo plus internet card in aug 2012 and the performance was too bad, even after many complaints no action is taken by them to improve the internet access speed, this plan was free for two months and i have asked customer care to disconnect before 2 months complete due to poor performance and i stopped using the tata photon. however, they did not cancelled the connection and generated bills for that.. now they are sending legal notice to pay the amount this is embarrassing. kindly help to take action on this photon no [protected]

                Hello,
                My Tatadocomo 3g was working fine once i bought it from a local retailer nearby my place, but from past 2 months i have encountered a serious problem that it gets disconnected automatically every 30sec-1min due to which i am unable to download anything nor watch any movie, i cannot even login to my facebook account for more than 20secs.I tried to reach out to the customer care at 121 several times but they never reverted back with the correct solution to my problem, I recently visited to the retailer & he advised that its some technical problem from the networking company's end.one thing i understood is that these guys are frauds & ive decided to never go with any of their products again.Can somone please help fix this.

                  At the morning i got the message for unlimited tata to tata calling at the recharge of 97. But when i recharged they did not give me that benefit instead of this they give me talk time. That means if we do not want to recharge they give the grid of free calling and after the recharge they did the normal transaction. This is serious cheating. I lost near about Rs. 200/-. Please take legal action against the company.

                    Dear Sir, I have a postpaid number ([protected]) in which I Activated 350 Plan In which 450 min. STD and Unlimited Data Uses I can avail. On September 15th I called Customer Care to deactivate my 350 plan and kindly activate 199 plans And they told it will be activated from next billing. But again I thought of Not canceling my 350 plan so I called Customer care again and Request the to Cancel my previous request so I called again and they replied don't worry sir We canceled you previous request you can use same 350 plans. But from 15th October My Plan has changed and they charged me extra 300 Rs. for using internet. On 16th my unbilled amount was 317 Rs. and on 17th I got message that unbilled Amount is 498.23 Rs. +176.35 Rs. Unbilled data uses. So kindly give me clarification on this.

                      I have a Tata Docomo postpaid mobile connection at Pune, Maharashtra. This connection rarely works as its always out of voice/data network. I've raised complaints for this innumberable times, but the problem still remains unresolved. As a reason I feel trapped as I'm unable to reach my family members when its extremely important. My wife was in the midst of a life threatening condition when no one was able to reach me due to this Docomo Network! Now, after finishing the initial lock-in period, I want to port out from this Tata Docomo network. In this regard, my repeated requests for granting my an NOC are being neglected. I've already paid all my dues. I've finished my lock-in period. Hence, I do not understand why an NOC is not being granted to me to port out. Relationship Number[protected] - Vaibhav Patil

                        Hi !!! I am Ravinder Singh, from Vadodara, Gujarat. Yesterday I called Tata Docomo to get the Information about ISD Pack for Canada calling, and I was informed by a Lady Supervisor, that I have to do a recharge of RS. 21 and then I asked about the pack for Local and STD cheap calling and for that also I was told to do a recharge of RS. 21 and then I tried to do a online recharge of RS. 21 and after that the ISD pack got activated and then I tried for another 21 recharge for local and STD pack, but the recharge was done of ISD pack and not Local and STD, I tried 3 time and the result was same. Today I called the customer care n they refused to refund the amount for the wrong recharge. I told [protected]@hireindians.co.inthem that I did the recharge after getting the Information from your Supervisor and why should I bear it because of your wrong information.please help me.                           Hello, This is Ravindra Mehta from Rajkot (Gujarat). I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 3 years. I am having issue with sending and receiving SMS from / to my number from last 2 days. When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". And even I am not able to receive a single sms from any of the number. Tata Docomo guys says that there is no issues with the network but here most of the times I am having issues even with the incoming calls and due to that I have to forward my number to another number. I have called the Customer care several times but the issue has not been resolved from last 2 days. And I am having trouble due to not able to receive import sms from my Banking and financial related details. Please help. Thanks, Ravi

On Sunday, dated 13th oct. 2013 - i recharged of 499 and get 2 GB 3G Data Plan for 2 months. On Monday, dated 14th oct. 2013 - I get message from tata docomo that i get free data plan offer by tata docomo that 1.5 GB 3G Data for 90 days. When, I checked that my recharged plan of 2GB 3G data is automatic deactivated by company and only get 1.5 GB plan autoactivate by company. which is loss for me. When, I contact to online customer care and on call on number 121/9 that told me that its as per process.. Is This a right process that autodeactive recharged plan and autoactivate free plan (which loss for me or customer). No one answer from customer care...                                 I had Complained about network problem/ no signal for my Photon + internet and four pre paid mobile phones on 04 Sept 2013 and till today I have not received any satisfactory answer from Tata Docomo. I am using Photon + internet for last three years and Tata Docomo/ Indicom Mobile for last six years but I had no complain for even a single day. For last one and half month there is no signal in my Photon internet and all my mobiles have the same problem. I cannot talk on mobile and surf internet from my residence. For last 3 years there was no problem and now I get a reply from Tata Docomo that my residence falls under weak indoor coverage area. One and half month before I had perfectly healthy signal, I think some thing is wrong. As per them they dont have any solution to my problem and they cannot return back my money also. I have written them atleast 10 email but in every mail they repeat the same statement that my residence falls under weak indoor coverage area and they apologies for the inconvenience caused me you due to network problem in my area but they dont have any solution. My Photon + internet No: [protected]. I had 100% signal for last 3 Years in my home and all of sudden the signal is zero, how is possible ? In Tata Docomo advertisement they claim Photon Plus operates at a frequency of 800 MHz which can penetrate better even through building walls and hence can offer superior indoor connectivity, then this is all false.                                   I had purchased a TATA DOCOMO gsm sim card with no. [protected] in march 2013 as a 3g data card with plan of Rs 3000 per 6 month. I was asked to pay Rs 3000 as advanced rental for this connection and that i will be provided uninterrupted 3G service for 6 months. But TATA DOCOMO shut down their 3G network in Rajasthan in 2 months. Following which no refund of my advanced rental was paid to me. I had tried contacting customer care but they wont register my complain and say that it is non refundable.People at their customer center say that i will receive a check at my address but its been months now and no check has been received .

I have two docomo numbers and had asked to deactivate [protected]. But THEY have cancelled my other number - [protected] This has made my day messy. i have again sent a mail to wecare yesterday to activate my number[[protected]] they said it will be done shortly but it is not activated yet. I have only one number and that to in a deactivate state. my weekend has been totally spoiled because of this. i need a immediate action on this.

                                      I am using Tata Docomo post-paid connection from past 2 months (899 unlimited plan). My docomo mobile no. is [protected]. I have regularly paid my bill on right time. Now my they blocked my number without any pre-alert saying that “We have observed a commercial usage pattern on this number. This is not allowed as per the plan commitment hence services will be restricted.” I am using my mobile number for personal use not for commercial purpose. As per my uses I took the unlimited calling plan and I used to call only to my family and friend circle. When I called to customer care, they are not file any complaint against it and they are not intimated in the time of taking this service. They are saying my number will be permanently blocked.
