Recharge with Rs.128 & Enjoy 1GB 3G data for 30 days. Exclusive offer only for you. Recharge now !". Since the recharge was not possible either at an agent nor on the website (many recharges are not reflcted online, such as the 750 rupees one for #GB unlimited...

tata photons bad services wrong commitments and overbilling

I was facing lot of problems with tata there connection at my home was just giving 44% signal on a complaint they sent a representative and said nothing can be done for this area. unwanted balance deduction

On 17/10/2013 i recharged my mobile with Rs.499 3G net pack.In this pack docomo provide Rs.500 main balance and 2GB net pack valid for 60 days.After recharging my balance was Rs.500.07 and 2GB net pack. In next morning i seen that i have been subscribed with another net pack and my balance is Rs.149.My Rs.351 was deducted from my balance for another net pack and my previous net pack was also vanished.

Sir/ Madam, I was using tata docomo photo plus internet card in aug 2012 and the performance was too bad, even after many complaints no action is taken by them to improve the internet access speed, this plan was free for two months and i have asked customer care to disconnect before 2 months complete due to poor performance and i stopped using the tata photon. however, they did not cancelled the connection and generated bills for that.....

Tata docomo getting automatically disconnected every 15-30 secs

Hello,
My Tatadocomo 3g was working fine once i bought it from a local retailer nearby my place, but from past 2 months i have encountered a serious problem that it gets disconnected automatically every 30sec-1min due to which i am unable to download anything nor watch any movie, i cannot even login to my facebook account for more than 20secs.I tried to reach out to the customer care at 121 several times but they never reverted back...

Regarding to fraud recharge

At the morning i got the message for unlimited tata to tata calling at the recharge of 97. But when i recharged they did not give me that benefit instead of this they give me talk time. That means if we do not want to recharge they give the grid of free calling and after the recharge they did the normal transaction. This is serious cheating. I lost near about Rs. 200/-. Please take legal action against the company....

Excess of Bill ( more than My Uses)

TATA DOCOMO broadband--No Service from past 10 days
