Tata Docomo — No Network In Borivali

TATA Docomo is irritating me like hell .
I am not getting network in my area (Borivali West )
the customer care executive says we dont have a Tower in Borivali west !
Are they crazy I am the customer and they are providing the service not me .
If you dont have a tower then why are you advertising and launching the card ??
Idiotic people ........I'll sui TATA DOCOMO ..

TATA DOCOMO offers the worst ever service...on top of that they have not educated their staff to give directions as to how their service can be discontinued, the call centre is extremely rude and cals upto 4 times a day for recovering amounts though i have not used their services over 2 months !!!
