Now, I was again informed from your Call centre that the following payments were received from my side to this account.

Total : 3,155.00
was received at your end as per your official records as intimated by your call centre on[protected] between 10:30-11:00hrs(approx)

As per your bill the Current Charges are as per the following:-

Current charges : 1,668.52
Total Bill Amount : 2,461.64

So, as per your records I see that a net amount of Rs. 694.00 is due from your side towards me.
However, please note that outgoing for my connection has been barred from today morning onwards for no valid reason.
Upon enquiry to your call centre I was told that an amount of Rs, 793/- is outstanding in my account.
This whole issue must be resolved within next 24 hrs failing which this may br treated as a last notice prior to legal action against your organization in the consumer court of West Bengal, Kolkata.

after giving dis complain customer care told me they can't do any thing.and forced me to pay more bill and for this reason i am tortrured by them[tata docomo's employee] mentally. and i can't concentrate in my work.

    On dated 31st Mar. 2010, I sent following mail to docomo customer services.

    Mail to Docomo

    Oh dear, Without touching my mobile, IPL services has been activating on my mobile.

    Today (31 Mar 2010), Post lunch around 2:00 pm. I locked (Keypad) my
    mobile put it in my pocket. Apx. 3:30 pm, I received a sms in my mailbox
    written, "U have been registerd for IPL services & Rs. 10 has been
    deducted".

    When I called customer care, they replied. "How it has been activated" not
    updated in their system.

    According to them, I have sent a request for it. They said, a flash
    massage appeared on my mobile & I pressed ok.

    For your information, according to your data. service activated time was
    3:01 pm. (Half an hour before, I touched my locked mobile).

    They also said, I will call them back after 6 by evening, most probably,
    they can see in system, how it been activated.

    Surprisingly, customer have to call again & again for rectification of
    undone error. I want answer of my following questions.

    -> Who has said to sent flash massages to customer mobile ?

    -> How IPL Service activated has activated on my mobile ?

    -> How I can get back Rs. 10 on my mobile ?

    I will not tolerate this kind of error. Better to clear my problem as soon
    as possible.

    I am using this number ([protected]) from past a year & never faced any
    problem. I had have a good expereice with docomo. I hope you will not
    disappoint me regarding this issue.
    Pls reply.

    They respond that, from mobile they received request for it & we can't refund my amount.

    I thought I have no physical documents to prove this & it was just a Rs. 10 issue. No one believe in this case.

    My question is, Lets suppose, they sent flesh massages in mobile & button has been pushed with a pressure. But who said to sent flesh massage to customer mobile without request ?

    IInd time sent following mail to docomo on dated 05 April 2010. (Two days before than deduction of another Rs. 10 from mobile).

    Now I don't want any further deduction of amount from my mobile balance.

    Yesterday, I called customer care & asked a question. How to close this
    service ? He replied, use *444*011#.

    I tried (4-5 times) yesterday, but it didn't work & shown msg "Try
    Again.....". Even today I tried & same msg came on my mobile.

    Again I called customer care, now she suggested me, try to call on
    54321194. When I calling on this number, a tape is running on & asking
    about just two following question :

    "For daily cricket combo pack press 1"
    "For monthly pack press 2"

    I don't understand why this is happening. Above questions not giving
    clearity that its for activating services or deacvating services.

    Also, I want to deactivate "weekly plan" (which activated without
    request) instead of daily or monthly.

    Now, she has written complain & number is PGSR 09033229.
    I hope this time, charges wouldn't be deduct for further week.

    Can you people look further on this ?

    On dated 7 April 2010, After deduction of another Rs. 10 from mobile I sent following

    Today, another week charges of Rs.10 has been deducted from mobile.

    Now, who is responsible for it ?

    Past three days, I am continuously following this waist of time issue, to
    deactivate this service before deduction more money from mobile.

    But instead of to get out from this problem, I am continuosly losing money
    from mobile.

    Dharmendra (your Executive), given me assurance that it will be refunded
    within a day.

    Can I expect this assurance ?

    They have taken too much time to solve my problem. I lost my money from mobile again. Today on 9 april 2010. They called me & said, we will not refund your money.

    Pls suggest what can I do in this case, because docomo are least bother & not listen my problem.

    Tata Docomo — push for all mail service

    i activated push for all mail service on 8th apr 2010 for which i received confirmation that service is succesfully activated, and my account was debited by rs15/- and other charges of rs 3/- in 5 times for this service which was not activated at all, for which i lodged a complaint on 9th apr under complaint no NWK09693878 they told it will be rectified on or before 13/04/2010 but tio no vail i called them more than 40 times during this period and spent more than 8-9 hours overall talkindg t different customer care person but to no vail neither service started nor did i received refund VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE today 26/04/2010 when i called up they said that the compliant has been closed as resolved and they are not accepting my side that the problem is still there they refuse to take further complaints
    can any on tell me what action can be taken to stop this to of illegal frauds and to get proper response from customer care

        i am already a buddynet member and my balance always got deducted when i surf facebook and orkut thorough mobile. though as stated officialy its free. several times it happens, i call customer care they are saying different thing at different time. this is fustrating my balance reduces dramatically every time i surf facebook and orkut. and no one helps me!

        i already complaint them and they told me that only home page of i.e only my profile page is free if i view any other pages then they will cut my balance. when i try to said that if i visit other profile or write something in wall then it is also within the same site so why balance cut? they said no that is external link how ridiculous they dont know the meaning of domain/subdomain or external link. and last but not the least when i try to said this they cut my phone and send 2 sms from customer care that is your complaint no xxxxx is successfully resolver you have been charged according to tariff so no balance refund and 2nd sms hope you are satisfied with our resolution.

        satisfy? when they did not even listen and cut the ph of customer then a customer become satisfied? and the technial part they told me seems like joke but its true.
        it is so pathetic that they are triciking customer ( if what they said only home profile page is free but in official website it said those sites surfing are free for buddynet) for money!

        so my two cents please stay away from this operator they tricks ur & fooled us and deduct our money. i have never see any co like this.

          1st april 2010 I activate GPRS pack Rs. 5.

          But after the free usage 10MB I was charged for additional usage on
          that day @ 1p/1Kb instead of 1p/20Kb and Rs. 75.20 deducted from my
          account for additional usage of 7 - 8MB(maximum).

            This is with reference to GSM mobile service availed from TATA DOCOMO Mobile Service Providers, which was barred due to over limit usage on my (Relationship No :[protected]. A payment of Rs- 1000/- was made on 6th April 2010 with the Transaction number being - : MICI[protected].
            As per the confirmation on mail from TATA Docomo, my services were to be restored within 07-Apr 2010 17:41 Hrs.
            In-spite of repeated reminders my services are not been restored.

            Request you to look into this Case, as it has been o[censored]tter Humiliation & Disrespect as the usage of mobile service is an integral part of my profession.

                my sim is in kolkata region bt presntly i stays in durgapur.i called customercare represntative and as they informed me that when i am in west bengal region if the connection shows that it is either vodafone or aircel connection then my all call rate will be charged as normal rates.i generally used the sms offer which gives 100 sms free after deduction of 1.20 rupess.but today when i sending the msg after reaching in durgapur,it costs as std msg rates which suppose to be free for todays as i already used this sms offer for today.my balance is deducted...

I have very much irritatable of this network.Because last week i got a message from docomo customer care (54321)center as "you have successfully subscribed weekly news alerts.you have been charged Rs 10 and your service will be activated with in 24 hours".But i did not press any button on my mobile and also i did not get any message of this offer from docomo.But this service activated and take Rs 10 amount also.Then i called to customer care and asked them about my problem,they replied that "this is your fault sir" .like that they replied. Now this week also i got one more message as "you have successfully subscribed weekly tollywood weekly alerts.you have been charged Rs 10 and your service will be activated with in 24 hours".I lost totally Rs 20.So please be take any action on that service provider and give my amount from that network.I was too much irritatable from this service.I don't want to continue to this network.I request please solve my problem.

                  My number is [protected]. Every week the docomo people sending some successfully subscribed to some weekly alert. and they are reducing my balance. I called customer people. they said that I intentionally activated that service that is why it is activated. I is terrific. I am going to take Airtel back again. These fellows has no money to give the salaries to their employees. That is why they are taking the money without intimating to the customers.

                    Sir our tatadocomo number is [protected] n my name is Mansoor Hussain, We are using our mobile to internet threw PC. We have sent a message to tatadocomo as GPRS to 121 at the time of 11.10AM. And before we are sending a sms our main account balance is 21.11pasie. Then after we are sending the sms we have got nil balance in our main account. Actually that GPRS to 121 plan cost is only 5 rs. Then we have got 16.11 paise in our main account balance. But there is no balance. Then we have calling to account info to 12525 those say we have no data updating still call me after one hour. i have continue calling as those say. But there is no response still up to 9pm. Andafter 9 pm those given the complaint number as "CBL09137191", and also i have loss my GPRS 5rs pack and i want replace my amount totally 21.11 paise. While i have not using any internet because the main account balance is 0.00 paise, thats what i will ask you plz solve my problem and replace my totall amount.
                    Never go for the TATA DOCOMO prepaid or post paid numbers.
                    my tata docomo no.is [protected] andmy name is rashid quadri.an amount of rs19 has been cut off from my acount through unfair means.if iwant my balance back

                        No Network In Borivali

                        TATA Docomo is irritating me like hell .
                        I am not getting network in my area (Borivali West )
                        the customer care executive says we dont have a Tower in Borivali west !
                        Are they crazy I am the customer and they are providing the service not me .
                        If you dont have a tower then why are you advertising and launching the card ??

                        This is my personal docomo number on which i'm facing horrible network problem since 26th march 2010. I'm getting full signal bars & i'm unable to make a call. Constantly, i'm getting an error message- ERROR IN CONNECTION, when i try to make a call. Whenever somebody calls me, he gets a network reply that Subscriber you are calling is out of coverage area, eventhough i'm in full network. When i'm move to other locality, it works fine.
                        I called the cust. care several times, but again & again, they are repeating- 'We are working on your problem.'

                        I want to know that is the officials responsible are sleeping??? Haraam ka khane ki aadat pad gayi hai??

                        I also go in consumer court if this problem is not resolved.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I am a customer of Tata Docomo's GSM based mobile service for a past few months. I was attracted to take a connection because of their new and attractive offers in tariff and talktime offers which no other competent companies havent offered that time. Despite of some signal reception troubles in my area, i was pretty happy with their connection. The customer care were quick responsive and informative.

                              But things went wrong a couple of weeks back. I received an OBD marketing call from Tata Docomo with a pre-recorded female voice which played a message starting with "Free Free Free". I listened to the whole message, and the content clearly said 'set a callme tune from following songs absolutely free without any rent or downloading charges for 15 days. After 15 days i will be charged Rs 15 per month and so..' and played a list of 3 or 4 songs followed by a prompt to press a button to select needed song. I waited till end of the message, and pressed 8 to select the Malayalam movie song "Anuraga Vilochananayi" which is the last option in the list. After confirmation, the call ended with a thanks.

                              After some seconds the call had ended, two messages rushed into my inbox. I am posting the exact content of messages right here.

                              Message 1 : "Thank You for subscribing to Callme tunes.Rs.18 has been charged for 18 days.Dial 543211 for more songs.Charges:Free for first 30 secs & 5p/sec thereafter"

                              Message 2 : "Thank you for downloading Anuraaga. Rs 15 has been charged for the song. To download more songs call 543211. First 30sec free & 5p/sec thereafter"

                              I was totally clueless about what is happening. Because i selected the song by pressing the button because their OBD call promised me i can enjoy "Free callme tunes for 15 days without rent and downloading charge". I was told that i will be charged ONLY if i continue the callme tune service further after 15 days free period. But now Rs. 33 have been deducted from my account balance!

                              I immediately contacted the Docomo customer care, and a representative answered. I told him the above story and after gathering information about me he told me to hold the line for a few seconds so that he will check for information and return back to me. After a few minutes the representative returned to me asking apology and said that he found i had got a wrong OBD call message from them. I told him it is okay, no problem but take steps return the decucted money back to my account balance. The customer care representative told me that he will surely note a complaint and forward it to their concern department so my problem will be solved within 2 days. He also asked me another number to contact and i gave him my another(Airtel) number. I asked him to give me a complaint request reference number and he immediately gave me the number which was :

                              "GBL09122777".


                              The second day, March 14th i received a call from a lady from Docomo. She asked me details about my complaint and i repeated whatever i told to the customercare representative and gave her the complaint request reference number. She assured me that my complaint is accepted and i will be having my problem solved soon. I asked her to tell an estimated time span required to get this issue solved and she told that they cannot say any time but my problem will be solved shortly. I reminded her that problem is from Docomo's side and not from my side and the customer care representative himself had admitted it. So, it is not fair to take long to solve this problem. She promised me it wont go longer anymore and i will be provided with solution soon.

                              Days passed, and no one contacted me back. I called to customer care inorder to enquire how things are progressing. I provided the representative my details and complaint reference number. The representative put me on hold and went for fetching details about my complaint and came back saying the complaint had closed and i was charged properly.

                              I argued with him repeating the previous story and he said "Sorry sir but we cannot do anything other than this, we have only this much information so i will transfer this call to a senior." I told him that i am at my office now so i cannot hold for long, but i will wait if he can transfer within a shot time. But he said he cannot assure me about the time to connect and asked me whether i can call after office time or not.I said ok and called customer care at evening. I told the representative about my problem and requested for transfer to senior department. I holded on call. After 4 minutes on hold my call got automatically disconnected. I tried again and again my call got disconnected after 4 minutes.

                              Later one day i got transferred to the senior department, and he said that i am charged correctly and hence i cannot be refunded back. I argued with him but all in vein. He repeatedly said that i will not be refunded and the conversation ended with me helpless and losing my talktime value of Rs. 33 for no reason.

                              I was cheated, and by that time already 8 days had passed after i registered a complaint with their customer care. I decided to complain about this in consumer complaint forum and bring this cheating into light and into the public so more people and customers will be aware of this type of fake and cheap tricks of cheating customers and extracting money illegally from their account balance.

                              Dear sir/madam, the OBD call clearly told me call me tune service would be free for next 15 days without rent and downloading charges, and i need to pay only if i continue to use the service after 15 days of free usage. Also i selected the last song only after hearing entire OBD call message. So, in which circumstance did this company - Tata Docomo did charged Rs. 33 from my account balance? Their customer care executive himself admitted it was a mistake from their part and i got a false OBD marketing message and he asked apology to me. They can check the recorded voice call logs of 12th March from my number([protected]) to customer care to verify whether i am lieing or not. Isnt this cheating? I as a customer had only positive reviews about Tata Docomo's services until this event. But now i feel i'm cheated and fooled by the company. I cannot further recommend their service to any person whom i knows. Strict actions should be taken against these type of companies who treats their customers as fools. Am i guilty by taking a Tata Docomo connection? I strongly believe appropriate action will be taken to get my problem resolved and assure no other customers will face this kind of scamming from this company in the future.

                              Yesterday(March 27th) I got a call from a person at Tata Docomo. He asked me about my complaint and i told him if they cannot provide me solution for my problem, i'm not satisfied with their service and i'm planning to discontinue using their service from next month.

                              He repeated that amount cannot be refunded back to my balance because he cannot see anything wrong there. I told him about the OBD message and he was not ready to accept it. Instead he was trying to establish that i am wrong. After when i argued with him about OBD call, he told me he will further check details and contact me back. Soon after when he disconnected the call, i got two messages :

                              Message 1 : "Dear Customer you are properly charged as per your tariff"

                              Sent : 01:04:23pm

                              Message 2 : "We hope you are satisfied with the resolution provided for "GBL09122777"."

                              Sender : TATA DOCOMO

                              PS : I forgot to attach this info with the above written main complaint.
                              Now after 9 days after lodging this complaint, i received a call from a lady official of Tata Docomo yesterday noon. She apologized about the matter and told me they will investigate on this matter and contact me back. She asked me the number from which that OBD marketing call came for their investigatory purposes. I told her i haven't noted that number, it is still in my phone's incoming call lists but since this happened a month ago, and later several calls came into my phone i cannot exactly identify the number. She then asked an approximate time and i gave her the approximate time and correct date when the call came. I told her that your concern department or whomsoever had claimed they had investigated on this matter after i complained about this issue in your customer care and after about 10 days when i called customer care they told me the complaint had closed. So i asked her IF they had investigated on my complaint, you MUST not be asking me about these details!

                              So, from this it is clear how much Docomo was interested in resolving a critical issue reported and complained by their customer. Instead of properly investigating and resolving the issue, they closed the complaint after several days thereby fooling me and replying that i was charged as normal!

                              When i lodged a complaint here, in consumer-complaints, Docomo needs me to provide that called date, number and time for their new investigation. The lady who contacted me promised that they will contact me back. I told her if they are trying to contact me after 6.00 PM, i will be out of coverage area in my Docomo number since my area doesn't have proper Tata Docomo signal coverage :D. So, i gave her my Airtel number if they got me out of coverage area in my Docomo number. After sometime, another male official/executive contacted me. His voice was not clear, so he hung up and redialed me. He asked me about the OBD call, and he also asked the number from which i received the OBD call. I repeated to him also that regarding my complaint your concern department team claimed they had investigated on this matter and so you will get more accurate information from them. I am clueless about the correct number because i got several calls that day(12th March) before and after that call and now it is almost 1 month after the incident. I told him i will give the complaint reference number i got from their customer care. He then asked me to give the complaint reference number and i gave it. After that he told me he will contact me back after fetching more information and investigating on this complaint.

                              I will report back here if i get reply from Docomo even if it is positive or negative. So that all customers and authorized personals will be able to get aware about Tata Docomo's seriousness in solving complaints from customers and resolving the issue to assure it will not be repeated again. If they are any good in valuing customers, this page and complaint should not be existing here.

                              I'm using tatadocomo past 1&1/2yrs. i had distance from 2km from tower. my home is in open space in my village. but poor signal inside of home and outer areas also.

                              I'm using nokia 5130 in 1-point signal its not working. Still now i complaint about it more than 10times but no proper solution.

And 2.5 gb data i hav to recived and it also shown on *141*4#. But it changes and they give me only 1.5 gb. If change of rates then they have to show update on all services. So i m cheated. . . .                               so request to please take action immediate, it again repeat i change network of mobile

                                  Tata -docomo has deducted my momey for caller tune activation which not activated at all on the following dates
                                  1. Rs. 30 charged on 25.02.2010
                                  2.Rs. 15 charged on 25.02.2010 for downloading of NEE PARTHA NOSEY song which i have not did.
                                  3.Rs. 05.00 charged on 01.03.2010 as a special offer
                                  4. Rs. 15 has been charged for downloading swadhinata speeches.
                                  I agree with you. I am also facing same problem. They activated sandelwood alert even I dont know Knnada
                                  They are behaving like theif.
                                  I had put 30 on 7 May 2011, the very next day my balance was 1 Rs. 543211 music activation was done without my prior notice, they have deducted my money. Its rediculous!!!

                                    Hello ! i am a new tata docomo mumbai user. i am facing a network problem all around my area .i am not getting network at my place.so it has become an issue here.we are unable to make and receive calls here ,messages are also getting delivered very late.so i request DOCOMO people to implant a tower near by our area so that communication gets easy.other providers like aircel,idea,loop,reliance gsm are giving full network stregnth.so if your problem continues for long time then we are sorry to say good bye to docomo .i called costumer service center at 121 but they gave me a stupid and non-sense answer .that is why i am placing complaint over here.

                                    in kolkata tata docomo launched almost a year back and still the network is quite poor in kolkata. at home there is no network. it seems that the signal cannot penetrate barriers like walls when new operators in kolkata like idea and uninor is providing better service !
                                    the worst part is that i had made several complaints thru email and by phone. they keep on giving resolution dates but these dates never work and they keep on postponing ! the cc team has always the same excuse that its a new network, give it sometime...its almost a year man..u have launched in kolkata on 6th sept 09 and still u need time !

                                      I purchased a Tata Docomo Sim ([protected]) from Shiva Communications, Potheri, Dist-Kancheepuram and submitted all the documents like college ID, Photo to the retailer.

                                      One day i received the confirmation call from customer care they told me that my connection is issued on some other persons name and they told me to submit the documents once again to the retailer otherwise the outgoing call will be barred. I once again submitted the documents to the retailer on[protected].
                                      Now from[protected] my outgoing has been barred when i contacted the very helpful customer care of DOCOMO(knows nothing except saying sorry and hanging up the call) they told me that my documents has not been submitted yet and to reactivate my outgoing i have to re submit my documents to the retailer. When i contacted the retailer he told me that he has already submitted the documents to the company guy who visits his shop to collect the documents. On contacting to company guy he told that he has already submitted the documents to the company on[protected].
                                      Today when i again went to the retailer he told me that there is some problem in the sim so it will not work and asked me to purchase a new DOCOMO sim.

                                      There is no co operation from neither the retailer or the customer service team of TATA DOCOMO to get my service restored.
                                      I opted for this service because of the brand name of TATA.
                                      But after taking the connection i feel so guilty, i can't describe.
                                      i seriously regret the day i opted for tatadocomo.
                                      Now i lost my hope with tata and i understood that this is the policy of
                                      tata docomo to give worst service to customers.
