[Resolved] Tata Docomo — NOT ACTIVATED IN SPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS | |||
Connectindia Ltd. sold Tata Photon device to me vide their mail [protected]@connectindia.in on 25/12/11 but the connection has not been activated so far inspited ot repeated reminders/mails. last 2 month problem started. i recharge rs700 as usuals but when i finish my high speed data ( 1 gb as per my recharge) tata company stop giving me service of tata photon + and my device get connected to tata photon whiz . on that whiz service i am not able to open any thing, my device get connected but if i want to measure speed and try to open speed test site but not suicided. The site not open after 30 minutes also not even yahoo.
so i made complain to tata service center that why u are giving me tata whiz service call center person answered that the policy of tata photon is change .the new policy is after finishing your high speed data the service will be provied by tata whiz. I am not satisfied with that so i went ot tata gallery in vashi tell them that if they are able to provied tata photon service at the 155 kb/s speed then why they try to switch me on tata whiz . the man at gallary say that call center person give me wrong information. we will provide you tata photon service at the rate oh155 kb/s . he check all the thing try to change my device in this duration more than 80 complains rise same as mine, then they found that the problem is in there tower which automatically switch the customer on tata whiz after finishing high speed data . they repair it and i started getting service of tata photon + at 155 kb/s
but when i recharge for this month same problem appears, after finish 1 gb of high seed data i started getting service of tata whiz which is useless for me because for opening this site i have to spend 30 minutes. i will wait for 2 more days if the same problem remain then i will not use there unlimited plan.
i am going to call local cable net provider which will provide me 256 kb/s unlimited for month and keep tata photon with 250 rs recharge 5 hour high speed data plan for emergancy
because there tata photon+ service is really good but for me tata whiz servicr is worst
